The small salon has three chairs/stylists who have all have 25+ years experience!! No straight out of beauty school stylists here! They accept walk-ins but it's always been busy when I go so I'd definitely recommend an appointment. I have been seeing Diane regularly for cuts and color for almost a year and am never disappointed. She listens to what I want, gives her advise and has always delivered on what we decide on. I feel comfortable asking her to tweak the cut if it's not exactly what I envisioned and she takes the time to make sure I leave happy. When I first started going to Hair's 2 You I was the type who would get a hair cut every 5-6 months and usually kept my hair in a pony tail. So even though I wanted big changes (new color, new style...) I was scared! Over many visits Diane worked with me to make small changes I was comfortable with and as the trust grew so did my boldness! I love my hair every day! I also had an updo done for a wedding which came out great! While I have never used any of their other services they offer waxing and facials as well. They accept all major credit cards.

The salon was exceptionally clean. I was taken right on time. The service itself was amazing! From the scalp massage to the hot towels and the time spent relaxing. I can't say enough. If you've never had this service I highly recommend. Plus they are renovating the area fir more privacy. It's all about taking care of there guests in there salon. I'll definitely be returning. I visited on March 5, and saw Karen. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted (see below). She argued with me, claiming that my hair "pulls red" (it doesn't-I have well water that has a heavy concentration of iron. I have since installed a filter to avoid this issue moving forward). I asked for platinum, icy blonde. After about 5-10 minutes of "explaining" why it wasn't a good idea (despite the fact that I've had it done 100 times before), she finally relented and said ok. $200+ later, my actual result is posted below. Finally-the cut and style. It was ok. Technically, it was exactly what I asked for, but she took off much more than I had asked her to, and my layers are chunky and choppy, making my hair appear much thinner at the ends than it actually is. If the color had just been a mistake, I would totally understand. But, she argued with me, told me I didn't know what I was doing, and proceeded to do what she thought was best. For the amount of money that I paid, that is totally unacceptable. See the pics. My hair came out DARKER than when I walked in. I'm very, very disappointed.

I LOVE this place , the instructors are amazing and the owner is so sweet! Even the people who take the class are super sweet. The pricing is amazing , they gave us 6 free classes for next time so we will be back! Check out their website , there's a few different instructors I don't know anything about yoga but my fiancé does and he loves this place as well. It's very clean ! They have all the stuff you need right there. They have water for 1.00 , the parking lot is small so they have another lot on the side. The classes are pretty full but it makes for a great time. It's a classic American barber shop on Main St; no frills, no nonsense, just two excellent barbers, Ernest and Frank, who know exactly what they're doing. I got a haircut, a beard trim, and a straight razor cleanup for $42. In this economy? Unbeatable. The vibe is exactly what a neighborhood barber shop should feel like. Comfortable, unpretentious, and the kind of place where you leave looking sharp without any of the fuss. Both barbers here are top notch, and I'll definitely be back.
