Class offerings and time options are also really good for the area with lots of morning classes and good variety between yoga, Pilates and weight based classes. Classes are challenging too which is so important to me. My only downfall with this place and why I can't be a permanent member is I can't get over the fact that there are no mirrors in the studio!! I understand this may be common for traditional yoga studios but if you offer these type of weighted classes how can there not be a mirror to check form. Personally a mirror helps me make that mind/body/muscle connection way more but maybe I'm alone in that.

This gym used to be packed with people and classes use to fill up pretty fast. In 2024, BAC is pretty much empty. Plus, now there are cameras literally around EVERY corner of this place. Creepy. Anyway, it seems like everyone moved to Blink. Probably won't re-sign up if I come back home permanently, but won't join Blink either. Friendly employees at BAC, but too few members and too many cameras. Joining Blink is joining A.I. No thanks to both.

The instructors are really good at watching for correct form and will help you to make sure you're getting the most out of each movement. Challenging, but extremely doable. You truly work out your whole body. You will walk out feeling so strong and good about yourself after class.
