Every time I went to him, he tried a different technique, and spent quite a bit of one-on-one time with me. He even gave me exercises to do at home! For him, it's all about your health and wellness. I think my back issues are much better than they've ever been, and as good as it'll probably get for an old lady like me. I highly recommend him for getting your alignment into a good place!

I found it difficult to relax while being shunted cold into the machine that was to perform the decompression treatment. Perhaps I'm spoiled, but I've come to expect an inviting and caring atmosphere from a wellness center and a hot towel before having my muscles messed with in any way. At least the decompression machine was okay if, well, robotic. Attendants would crack the door and glance in at me for half a second while I lay strapped down, with maybe a word, but no knock and little more consideration than one gives a boiling egg. I imagine this is great if one likes to get in and get out with minimal fuss or personal interaction. While I found my overall experience slightly uncomfortable, I cannot speak for the quality of their massage therapists or other chiropractic services. Those might be fine. Personally, I am not interested in returning for any reason, but that doesn't mean there couldn't be some hidden gems in the place. I would love to hear from others who have tried different services!

Be aware: any one of several offices can answer your call, thus apparently they have no impetus to be efficient or decent - you can never know to whom you are talking. There is pretty much consistently poor service on the phone. Then a week after paying a bill for spa services which included a tip, which they asked me at the checkout if I wanted to add - that was a first at a spa for me also - anyway, after paying in full, they sent me a bill for a $20 tip! So I called! Waited 10 minutes on hold before they came back and said it was removed from my account, no apology, just par for the course regarding their impersonal, cold service (though this one was not rude). I will have to drive over there to double-check in person before I believe they won't send me another bill for a $20 tip.

I walked in and stood at the desk for a good ten seconds before the staff greeted me. I could hear them chit chatting about something that was clearly not a work conversation. The nurse called me back and she must have been having a bad day. She seemed really disgruntled and annoyed. I told her what I was there for - I'd mentioned two concerns when I set the appointment, but a couple more things had come up since setting the appointment about a month prior. The doctor came in and immediately told me she'd only treat me for two of my concerns today and I'd have to come back another day for my additional concerns. I was really taken aback as I've never had a doctor refuse to treat me because of time constraints. After the doc left the room in a hurry, I asked the nurse why I couldn't be treated for all of my concerns today. She told me the office scheduled me a 10 minute appointment for just one concern. I told her I had mentioned two concerns when I set up the appointment. She then told me that setting appointments is not her job. I felt snubbed. It seems to me that these folks are in the business to make money rather than to help people. Bad first impression, I won't return nor recommend them.

There were two different sites that they wanted you to pay on, and it was hard to determine if I was actually paying "their" bill.
