I was flat on my back with sciatica. The second also did no good. Thank goodness I finally found Dr. Shore. Within three visits he had diminished my pain so much that I could function normally. I see him on a routine basis now to insure my continued ability to function normally. As for the office "staff", she is Mrs. Shore, a wonderful lady who works very hard, is extremely helpful, professional and courteous. If you have had a problem with a phone call, it's your own fault.

First visit I had to fill out the unavoidable paper work but once that was done there was almost no waiting around for the doctor to be ready. As for the provider,…read morewell...I think it is a shame that a client has to be subjected to a provider who does not listen, is dismissive - as if their opinion is the only one that matters - and displays a seemingly grandiose sense of self. It seems as though they may have forgotten that they are being paid to provide a service and in doing so should demonstrate a level of professionalism. Regarding the therapy area, it felt congested. I have been in other places that provided more space for movement. As I passed clients who were exercising on the floor so close to the pathway, as well as those adjacent in chairs that line the wall of the small hallway receiving therapies, and having to pass through occupied rooms because the rest of the hallway is closed off, allowing for more equipment to be placed on either side of the door was unsettling. It seemed as though it was done so that they could maximize the number of clients they see in a given day. It felt more like a factory than a therapy center. It was just not the right place for me.
