I went for back pain due to my chest, exacerbated by years of binding. I now go to my appointments in just a T-shirt and my loosest sports binder (a "sports bra" when worn by others)--something I would NEVER do in any other healthcare facility. The receptionists gender me correctly and make me feel comfortable. I even came in with an LGBT specific shirt one time. My therapists (Sam and Brett) also make sure I get a private, closed room every time instead of working in the group room. I'm starting to feel better, and its because they listen to my specific binding concerns and are also very skilled. I'm sure the rest of the team is too.

I have been very pleased with the quality of care and education I receive at each adjustment. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and with his adjustments, I have reduced pain, increased energy and much better flexibility. I feel like the spinal adjustments address other internal health issues I may have going on. The weirdest, but most visible, improvement I've had is in my thumb nail! I developed a deep vertical ridge years ago that no one could explain. After my spinal adjustments, I asked Dr. Brown to adjust my ankle, shoulder and my thumbs as those are my achy joints. Last week I noticed the ridge in my thumb nail was completely gone! A small example but a very visible improvement. If the rest of my body is healing up like that, I'm going to be in great shape!
