I would give Dr. Oakley and staff 10 stars if I could. I didn't believe in Chiropractic care until my appointment with Dr. Oakley. I thought it was quackery. I injured my back at work and had problems with pain, stiffness and bladder incontinence. I'm 38 and active so all this was really affecting my life. I did not want to go the traditional route of muscle relaxers and NSAIDs. My friend began seeing Dr. Oakley and after listening to her rave about him, I decided I had nothing to lose. I am so grateful for what Dr. Oakley has done for me. My back stiffness was resolved after one adjustment Incontinence improved over the next month. I enjoy coming to see doctor Josh he keeps me moving. 10 years ago I was in a head-on car wreck broken ribs vertebrae and sternum along with other injuries.Because of doctor Josh's knowledge I have not had to have back surgery. My husband went here on the recommendation of his mom. His mom loves the place. My husband was having trouble with his lower back. He went in for a few visits before we went back home (we visited for Christmas break). They went well. The front staff was nice. The ladies who took you back were nice. My husband thought Doctor Josh was nice, as well. I thought he seemed pushy and just wanted us out of there asap. Things seemed to go well while we were in Ohio, that's where the 1 star comes from. The rest were taken away because of what happened after we were back in Alaska. Dr. Josh had told us that he would send my husbands xrays to us or our Dr. up here. My husband could never get a hold of him so they communicated through email a lot. But usually Dr Josh ended up going through my husbands mom instead of contacting my husband. Even with questions my husband asked. It seemed like he didn't want to discuss things. When my husband had some free time he called them everyday to get the xrays because he hadn't been able to get Dr. Josh to send them by communicating through email. Once he did finally get Dr. Josh's attention he was trying to send us high resolution photos. I'm not sure, but I'm almost 100% positive that a Dr. will want the actual xrays, not a photo of them! Finally he released the xrays to my husbands mother who had to send them out of pocket. We reimbursed her for the whole 10 dollars. I find it ridiculous that he couldn't send them. It's a law (hippa) to get your patients their documents, and we shouldn't have to wait four months for them! Poor quality business practice in my opinion. We won't be going back here! read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Josh Oakley for almost 4 years. I have had lots of problems with my lower back and Dr. Josh has seen me a couple of times on the weekend, as an emergency visit. In terms of overall, this place is very good. Now, for individual ratings, the customer service desk has a few wonderful people that speak clearly, are prompt, and friendly. However, the most important and prominent characteristic is how the practitioner of an office is. The practitioner at this practice is Dr. Joshua Oakley, who is kind, optimistic, caring, very prompt (sometimes too prompt), as well as having good expertise in the chiropractic field. He is an authority on chiropractic and is a good influencer, that he can be trusted to do his job well. The radio plays Christian music (clean music nonetheless), and the environment in the facility is very clean (including the restroom). You will enjoy your (quick) visits, and this place might be a good "fit" for you, as it is for my wife and I. read more
