After months of regular visits, I found out certain services weren't covered by my insurance -- something no one ever told me upfront. I only found out because the billing person casually mentioned it one day. There was no heads-up that I'd be back-billed for past visits, which came as a complete surprise. Even after I asked to stick with adjustments only, I was still charged for those uncovered services -- and when I questioned it, I was told to "call your insurance and maybe they'll reimburse you." That's not the kind of response you expect from a professional healthcare office. I really wanted to keep coming here, but the lack of transparency around billing makes it hard to trust the process. If you're thinking about giving them a try, make sure to ask exactly what's covered and keep a close eye on your statements.

The check-in process was simple and the ladies at the front desk were polite. As for the provider,…read morewell...I think it is a shame that a client has to be subjected to a provider who does not listen, is dismissive - as if their opinion is the only one that matters - and displays a seemingly grandiose sense of self. It seems as though they may have forgotten that they are being paid to provide a service and in doing so should demonstrate a level of professionalism. Regarding the therapy area, it felt congested. I have been in other places that provided more space for movement. As I passed clients who were exercising on the floor so close to the pathway, as well as those adjacent in chairs that line the wall of the small hallway receiving therapies, and having to pass through occupied rooms because the rest of the hallway is closed off, allowing for more equipment to be placed on either side of the door was unsettling. It seemed as though it was done so that they could maximize the number of clients they see in a given day. It felt more like a factory than a therapy center. It was just not the right place for me.
