They are personal and courteous, and their care and concern are evident in the conversations I have with them, their friendliness, and their targeted questioning meant to provide me with the best care possible. I appreciate the time and clarity Dr. Holten provided in my initial appointments, during which he educated me about my health status, explained how the HWC methods would be applied to best meet my health needs, and defined reasonable expectations and outcomes. Since my husband was a new patient we had some paper work to fill out so we called to tell them we would be late. The woman on the phone in a nasty tone informed us we needed to be there over 10 minutes ago for paperwork. When we walked in she still had an attitude and was standing off to the side behind the counter gossiping with a coworker. They lack phone etiquette which is disappointing. How ever my husband did say the physician was wonderful and did do miracles on my husbands back so we do recommend this office if you have really severe back pain or need a good adjustment
