While examining our trees, it was obvious that he was knowledgeable about his job. He was friendly and did not rush the estimate, taking time to find out what we needed, answer our questions, offer advice, and create a plan for the scope of the work. On the day of the removal, Brent and his team of nine guys - with a bucket truck, chipper, skid loader, and chainsaws descended upon the job and got right to it. It was immediately apparent they were professionals and impressive to watch how they all worked together like the proverbial well-oiled machine. They worked quickly, in a highly organized and efficient manner. Even if I didn't need a tree removed, I think I would pay money just to watch them in action- it was amazing! They had the tree felled, cut up, chipped, and all cleaned up in a little over an hour.
