We stopped in at Washington Greenhouse last weekend mostly out of curiosity. We were soon greeted…read moreby more than one employee, and both offered assistance if needed. Its too early for much typical greenhouse business, but we browsed around and enjoyed the visit. Before we left, a female employee approached us and answered a few questions we had pertaining to our garden plans for the year. She stayed with us, gave us a brief tour of the layout of the business and was very attentive. It was obvious we weren't going to make a purchase this visit, but she treated us with the courtesy and appreciation of any paying customer. We will make the drive to Washington for our greenery needs!

We had a landscaper clean up our yard. They purchased 3 bushes which were $182.94 and was supposed…read moreto have a year warranty. We were given the receipt which showed a discount so we paid $159.52. It states an open % discount. Not sure what that really means but they all died when we followed instructions on watering. The greenhouse would not honor the warranty because they were on a discount. So if you buy anything there be aware that the warranty will not apply if you are buying in sale. I also want to say the lady, not sure if owner or manager, was rude and snippy. We buy from there every year but we will be going down to Sunnyland or elsewhere from now on.

Squeezed me in and did a terrible job, I asked them to climb back up and correct 2 of the 4 trees. I purchased my home in winter so was uncertain yet which trees would bloom, where, etc. I sent pictures of numerous large branches and limbs still falling all over my yard and roof as well as over 15+ branches they did not remove that were clearly dead. I was told REPEATEDLY they would come correct it and take of the issue at no extra cost to me, they gaslit me overand over never showed up, stopped answering my calls, never heard from them again. Price was very, very reasonable for the service provided. I highly recommend Buck's Tree Service. My mother has also used them in the past. She's sometimes picky to the point of being unreasonable, but even she was pleased with their work. I understand the comment from 2018. Know that when. you are calling, you are actually talking to the man who's going to be doing the work. He's probably on a job, etc. You won't be talking to a guy that just rides around in a truck all day giving estimates. It's unfortunate the earlier reviewer found him to be a bit gruff over the phone. I found Phil to be a very pleasant and respectful individual.
