We commissioned Al for a rather large job of grinding 11 tree stumps, removing the debris (which another contractor was supposed to do and never came back to finish the job), grading a large portion of our yard, and then seeding it so grass would grow. He took some extra steps to make sure that everything was done right, including trenching some downspouts to make sure our side yard wouldn't end up as a swamp again. I would 100% recommend him for any landscaping/excavating work you need done.
