He had to remove the old railing, patch/stain/seal the flooring, and install the new railing. The quality of the work was great. Ben even handled some issues with the manufacturer of the railing (they hadn't shipped all of the parts, so Ben came back a couple days later, on a Saturday, to install the last piece). He estimated three days, finished in two (plus 15 minutes on Saturday). We'd gotten a quote from a general contractor to do the railing as part of a larger job, and they wanted almost as much just to demo the old railing as Ben asked for the entire job.

I truly believe we would have had nothing but problems if it was not for Enil. The insurance headaches were basically a headache for us as homeowners. A very well known insurance company gave us a quote for a unreal low price of $1500 and some change. This was for roof damage, deck damage, garage door replacement, and a retaining wall that was cracked. Enil, with his insurance specialist, came in and saved the day. They know the state insurance laws for the client!! After consultation with the insurance company, the quote goes from a measly 1500 to a $49,000 plus repair job. All parties met here at the house and signed of on within hours. THIS WAS HUGE.! We ended having a complete new roof, and all items replaced and/or repaired to new. Once the we had a go, old roof down new roof completed within 2 days. Deck over a weekend. Garage doors another day All other miscellaneous items wrapped with speed.
