He gave me several options, including temporary solutions to possibly stretch out replacement, and also a quote for replacing the unit with new. He was very professional and clear as he outlined options and explained the efficiency differences between new systems today and my 14 year old unit. I hired Just-in-Time Heating and Air to replace my system, and they did it very quickly, and to the highest degree of quality in workmanship I have seen. They even raised the new unit up off of the ground under the house to reduce moisture intrusion, which had accelerated rust and corrosion in my old unit's coil and electrical components.
