My air in my buisness stopped working. So it took a few days for him to get to us. Then he says I have no freion in my unit outside. So he fills it up. 8lbs or something of freion. Then leaves. Freion leaks out over the weekend. It was Tuesday before I could get him back over. He put stop leak in it. Filled up again. Never came back to check see if it worked. 2 or 3wks later, a freion leaks out again. I called and called, his answering service keeps telling him to call me. He done nothing. I had to call and pay another company to fix it again. And they were great. Gregg's company neglected me and took me for my money. Beware. Horrible customer service, and won't make sure it's fixed after you pay him. I don't recommend using them at all. I've paid double for a fix I could've just used the better guys and been done.

Jeff is the owner and a good, fair man and he has the love and respect of those who work for him, and that tell you a lot. I have seen a few come and go. They always liked working there, they are always friendly and professional, and often go out of their way once the see reoccurring issues to troubleshoot and prevent future incidents, if you have an older cantankerous system like I do.
