They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

John was fantastic at helping me get all my documents organized for a mortgage application, remained completely charming even when I changed my mind about the lock-in details after I'd signed off on them, and in the end definitely went beyond the call of duty in helping me overcome a few glitches in the mortgage process. All in all, a very good experience. I'd recommend Capital Residential Group to anyone. Update: I went back a few years later for a refinance and - admittedly due to my own rushing and not taking time to do my homework - trusted John to handle it. I ended up with Norcom finance and an overly large interest rate. Refi'd 6 months later with a better company and much better rate. Bottom line, do your homework and ask around.
