I was having difficulty with an AOS brace my doctor recommended and he admitted he was not familiar with the brace, but he didn't give up on helping me until he figured it out and then explained it to me. I'm really sad I cannot continue working with him at Park North. This is the 2nd time in my life I've done physical therapy, and this experience left a long lasting impression on me. The facilities were disgusting, (including the bathroom) as you can see in my pictures. The therapist I worked seemed overwhelmed and didn't really care whether or not I did the exercises correctly with my injury. It was a terrible experience and felt such a lack of care and safety in a physical therapy session.
