I participated in an hour-long video meeting, only to be informed that Shanna could not fill my prescription and that another one-on-one appointment was required (presumably so they could charge me twice). They DO NOT LET YOU KNOW that you WILL NOT BE GIVEN MEDICATION,. If Shann required a one on one, then she should have scheduled that to begin with, not charged me twice and provide no medication. I pause for surgery and get punished and charged in this way. Not a caring or supportive environment AT ALL! I an reporting workit to the BBB. I received a message saying the appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM that same day. I confirmed my appointment, hoping to at least get my refill, but I was billed twice. After waiting all afternoon, Shanna canceled on me, leaving me without my medication. Now, I have a bill, wasted a whole day, and don't have my meds. I also received an automated message from Workit saying that if I have issues over the weekend, I should go to the ER.
