I had Structured Tech inspect my home prior to purchasing a home and paid $1,900. Inspection was good except one area. I had 2 windows with extensive dry rot which was told by a Pella rep that it should have been discovered. I had to replace one window at a cost of $7,800. I called structured tech and had Eric (service) come out and he acknowledged the damage and turned it over to his insurance company. Insurance company called and did not come out but asked for pictures which I sent. Claim was quickly denied!!! I again called ST to leave a message for service and 5 minutes later got a call from their law firm basically telling me to pound sand. I'm writing this to let buyers be ware and write specifically what you want inspected. read more
