The inspector (John) was professional, friendly -- overall great to work with. He had finished the inspection when I arrived, and he greeted me at the door with a welcoming, engaging demeanor. He replied quickly to my emailed questions, which was also very helpful. Katie did the communicating with my realtor and me to arrange the inspection; she was wonderfully responsive to all my questions via text. Another point in their favor (this is such an easy standard to meet, it shouldn't even be a thing, but we know it can be an issue, and he aced it): John was 100% talking to me (the buyer, a single woman) and not to my dad who was along for fun and reinforcement. Sometimes that's a huge problem and incredibly annoying; here it absolutely was not. Five stars, would recommend. read more

I would highly recommend this inspection company! My fiancé and I just bought a house and they were able to get in for an inspection within 4 days of our offer being accepted. The inspection came with a very thorough report with ideas for how to handle potential issues. The report is worded in a way that is understandable. John took us around to personally point out potential issues and answered all of our questions. He is clearly VERY knowledgeable and if a potential issue shows up that may need further review, he will state so in the report. His job is to give as much detail about potential issues as possible, and he is very good at his job! John does a fantastic job! His inspections are detailed and thorough. The very reason you hire a home inspector is so that you don't unwittingly buy a 'money pit' and John saved us from just that. He allowed me to tag along during the full inspection, and as I poked around the house he would occasionally call me over to look at something he found (either good or bad). If I had any questions he was happy to answer them and offer personal insights from his experience. We were presented with a printed summary sheet right on the spot after the inspection was complete, and got the 55-page full report with pictures by 8pm that night. Very pleased with the flexibility and the quality of service. I called on a Sunday afternoon and explained that the seller requested the inspection to be done Monday. John despite an already full day, accepted to do the inspection at 7PM. He was finally able to start at 6pm, and by 8:30 while still performing the inspection started to discuss the most important aspects of his findings.
