This location was conveniently located with many other stores and restaurants in the vicinity. We finally found a wooden table, but it was too large for our dining room. We always try to visit new locations to see if the inventory is different. structure isn't transparent with their reviews!! All reviews are submitted and they choose the ones they want. This is misrepresentation of the actual product. I waited 6 months for a table and when it arrived it was damaged so they exchanged it. The replacement wasn't cracked but it's nothing like the photo, it's very rough, looks unfinished and you can't even write on it. Even when I do a lot of shopping online, sometimes I do want to see and feel the products before making my final decision. Structube does have a great website featuring the products that they carries. Sadly the set up of this store was not as good. Boxed like and long without any windows, everything seems to be cramped into the space without any thoughts. Walking down the long narrow aisle trying to look for certain items were not that easy. Salespersons not as friendly and even when they have nothing much to do, did not greet or offer any help. All I needed was to check if they have an item in stock, it was not that hard? I was helped by Adam, who when I told him I wasn't feeling well and felt dizzy, allowed me to sit down and brought me a bottle of water. store is super tight to the point that i bought a new king size mattress and bed frame which is completely un even on both sides and feels like a hump in the middle. did about every adjustment I can make and nothing works except feeling like I'm sleeping on a sloped driveway. exactly what the one I just got rid of in the first place felt like. It took two months to schedule deliveries (the delivery process alone was horrible and I had to leave work early for several days to get partial deliveries, and then have them rescheduled over and over again). Once they claimed they completed the delivery, two chairs were still missing. I immediately contacted them through their website. They took 4 days to respond to confirm that i was missing two chairs, not one. And that was the last I have heard from them....THREE FUCKING WEEKS AGO! I like structube. I placed two order with structube. First order we had 8 dining chairs and a breakfast table. we picked up by ourselves. The quality of chairs are not so good,for example the material of chair easily get some static electricity. Consider the price of each chair ($39-49) and the look of chair, i think i am very happy about them. However, the breakfast table is not that satisfy. The joint of table top and legs breaks after one month, so we had had to ask them to fix it. Second order we had a three seat sofa, a loveseat and a dining table. This time we use delivery because we had to. When the time we place the order, both sofas are not in stock, so we have to wait about one month for them to restock. I am ok about this, but when you have to get furniture in one week maybe you should try those things available at the time. Delivery guy are gentle and careful, but i still find some damages on both sofas. To be honest, the packaging of sofa is really bad, they even use less protection than my dining table. So i have to contact them about the damages, after some back and forth, they refund me some money and i took both sofas. Overall, they do have better price and better design than most of the furniture store, but the quality might not that good. If your taste for home design constant change and you always want some new piece for your home or if you just couldn't afford those original design piece and you want to find a cheap duplicate, this place will be a really good choice. read more

This review is for the customer service at this location, which is absolutely terrible. They screwed up an order in which only 2 out of 3 sets of nightstands were sent to the store for in-store pickup, and did not offer any help to resolve getting the missing item sooner. We are forced to wait for next round of delivery, doubling the delivery time due to their own mistake, and the best response the manager (Adam) said was "your expectations are too high for the price you pay", oblivious to the fact we've previously made multiple, bigger purchases at Structube before. It's unfortunate that a store that has such nice furniture and online presence lacks in its in-store presence. I've been to this location on many occasions and have never been greeted or helped. When you come in, staff is having side conversations and act like people are not in the store. Excellent customer service can go a long way, training staff on the basics, like greeting and helping customers, would help educate them and would leave a customer with a memorable experience. read more

I wanted a desk from the store and it's unfortunate that they don't stock and there isn't even an option for a pick up at the store because understandably, it's just a showroom with limited space. An additional $100 is needed to have it delivered to my address. Anyway, I may buy or may not buy it -- but for your own sake, teach your staff to greet the people visiting your business. They are ALL there (the clerks) behind the cash register chatting loudly instead of showing some sort of courtesy and or even the slightest concern. I've been there many times and same experience. And please, treat all customers equally -- whatever their color is and however poor they look -- people go to a business because they need something there and are willing to pay the price. My designer and I purchased $5000 worth of product , we purchased some furniture for our studio at the same time as we purchased our home furniture because the sales person MARYAM told us we should save on delivery cost. She knew that we weren't going to use any of the studio furniture until the studio was open which wouldn't be for months. When we opened up one of the boxes for the Kanji chairs and took off the packaging we noticed the wood at the top of the chairs has disconnected from the side wood frame and is completely not fixable. I have contacted the store to discuss the situation (sent them pictures of it in the box) and have been completely denied any help because I'm outside of the 7 days delivery notice. I've tried everything to see if they can help and even asked if they can take the chair back and get another one from structube and they will not do anything. She won't let us speak to anyone higher than her, she said she was the only one we could deal with and that she wasn't going to help us out. I spoke to the store manager ADAM and the district manager MARYAM - who was the person who sold us the product. On top of everything (speaking to her calming) she started yelling at me and also decided to hang up the phone on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM STRUCTUBE IF THEY DELIVER A BROKEN PRODUCT THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. read more

I had a really very bad experience. I ordered a coffee table and a chair online, no communication for 3 months and suddenly got an email containing the invoice. 2 weeks later got a voice message saying that they are ready to pick up (no email). About 5 days later, got another email saying that if they are not picked up in 2 days the order would be cancelled. I rushed to the shop that weekend. The staff there requested only for the invoice, not the pick up or other email. When everything was done, the staff brought out my furniture. After seeing my car, the staff stated "This won't fit in your car, I work her every day, I know it won't fit in". Knowing the customer was going to having a problem, his response was left all the boxes outside the store and went straight back to the counter! We tried our best only could fit the coffee table into our car. We brought the chair back to the store asking if we could refund as we were not able to handle it. The answer was "no" and asked me to read the return policy. We felt so frustrated and asked to talk to a manager someone senior. The reply was "manager is not available and they are not able to contact the manager!", we asked if we could contact someone from from the head quarter? the answer was "Please check our web site". A week later, we sent a letter reflecting our experience to someone work in their headquarter that we found in the internet. 3 weeks later, no response at all. When you are going to make any purchase from this store, please make sure you don't need any customer services, you don't mind apathetic staff.
