Ordered a chair online and was told it would be back in stock in April. I received 2 notifications that the chair was back in stock, however I saw my order was not being shipped. When I called they said it was a computer glitch and in fact I was not scheduled until May 30th. When I asked about the website also confirming they had stock, I was also told it was a glitch. Really not impressed. read more

Ordered a small drawer. Pretty simple. They said they will notify me when it gets to the store for pick up, but there was also a estimated date of arrival. When the date came (one month later) and I didn't hear from them, I called to ask. The guy was very rude and said that if they didn't notify me then it's not here so just wait until we contact you. Another month passes, I call again and this time a different guy told me it's here. Okay, so where was the notification? I had to call you to ask myself? Then I went to the store to pick it up and the girl tells me in their system it's showing as out of stock and they don't have it. OK, THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE MY DEPOSIT (50%!) AND WHY DID IT ALLOW ME TO ORDER IT THEN?! I got my full refund back but it wasn't even about that. I wasted 2 months and could have been who knows how much longer if I didn't follow up with them myself. Would I have just been waiting forever with no one contacting me and it's just out of stock?! like wtf... Horrible experience, horrible customer service, just horrible read more

Amazing looking decor and furniture but by far the worst delivery service and they are liars too. I order a sofa from them I told them when and by what time I'll be home to receive it. They never called me the day before and they came early than the time I told them. I checked my messages the day before no call from them and they had the nerve to lye about calling me the day before. Actually, a few months ago I bought a bed frame from their company when I received the bed it was damaged. After sending an email to their customer service, they gave me back 70$ to compensate for that problem. While after that, this bed frame makes noise when I want to sleep on the bed frame. When I send my complaint about this noise, the customer service said that because one time I received 70$, I cannot complain again. It's not reasonable. I believe that they know, it is a new problem that makes difficulties in my sleep. can they be responsible for my bad sleep? Unfortunately, the quality of this product is not good at all, while the cost of this bed frame was not cheap. It's not my problem, while their product has different problems. I know that I have the right to return your product when it doesn't work well, so they are responsible and but they don't accept. I have this problem with the Sofa which I bought from Structube. Actually, ordered online and write this review about Structube company, not a specific store. read more

My chair came damaged. They have the worst customer service. The replacement chair keeps on getting pushed off. The last email said mid April.... I've been waiting since November when I first ordered it. Don't order! Its not worth your time or money read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dates they suggest items will be back in stock are useless and have little relevance to when things will actually be in. I had a month and a half delay on one item and could not have anything else shipped until that item was in stock. Customer service is useless and wait times are ridiculous to speak to a human being. Will not order from Structube again. read more

Delivery Service Experience: The worst service I have ever received! The two delivery guys refused to park in our large parking lot fearing they will get a ticket. I told them I have had a lot of large items delivered in the past few weeks, there has never been an issue. They then made me give them written consent I will pay their parking ticket which I assured that they will not receive and if they did, I will discuss things directly with Structube. One of them was downright rude telling me I don't have parking for them so they should just leave and I would then have to pay for delivery twice and that 90 dollars is nothing. Ultimately, they did not receive a ticket but their service was appalling. I would avoid at all cost! read more

Just trust everybody here on Yelp and DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had read that before I ordered online. No communications for a month, then they give you the phone number of the delivery service and GOOD LUCK. Ordered an item online. Received a notice 2 days later that they couldn't deliver the item on the agreed upon shipping date because it was a holiday, and cannot deliver the item earlier because of "company policy". Now i'm forced to take time off work to be available delivery. I see the errors as follows: 1) structube should not have accepted January 1st as delivery date if it doesnt operate then 2) structube took 2 days to process an order only to realize their mistake 3) structube would not do anything to correct or fix their error, placing the burden of their mistake on the customer Poor operations and even worse customer service. read more

STAY CLEAR OF PURCHASING THE TABLE BENCH SET FROM STRUCTUBE: We had company over for dinner and the bench fell apart after ONE week after we purchased it. HOW EMBARRASSING THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.... THEY PICKED UP THE SET.... AND NOW I HAVE NO TABLE AND NO MONEY.... After 2 months we have yet to receive any compensation or re-imbusement of the table set. God forbid if a manager calls you back with any sort of resolution. We also have left messages to the CEO Marcel Knafo and to the VP Vivian Kopak in regards of the horrible service that we have received. NOT A SINGLE SOLE HAS CALLED US. Details of what is wrong with the set.... Bench collapsed suddenly while a friend sat on it. Both bolts sheered off while our friend sat on one end by himself - extensive damage to the hardwood flooring. The sudden collapse to the bench resulted to a back injury and putting a damper on the evening which was suppose to be a nice dinner with Friends. It is difficult to comprehend that a bench made for a kitchen set can not hold a person over 200/ 250lbs, This is embarrassing and we do not trust the benches that were sold to us. Was this bench designed for only one person under 200lbs? As my understanding a kitchen set usually can hold 2 people on each end of the bench. -so a family of four can not use this set. Even Mattel has a disclaimer on their product - it is not meant for Families / Adult Use??? We can not understand on how you can sell a product like this, that has been designed / Manufactured in this capacity. "it can't withstand weight" We have yet to receive compensation in regards of the Table, Bench, Flooring, and the injury of our friend...... read more

I ordered 4 items online at the end of July (2 manchester desks, the tempo bookshelf, and conrad sideboard). There was a massive delay on 2 of the items and I was told to separate the order so I would receive half of it more promptly. I did so, but it turned out that I was told the wrong 2 items to separate, so I then had 2 separate orders each having 1 item delayed. Customer service said that they could not fix the orders by swapping out items. I was initially told my full order would arrive mid September (6 weeks). There was no contact on Structube's part about delays, I found out by calling customer service. I received 1 desk and the tempo bookshelf mid November (2 months later than discussed), and the other half almost a month after that (3 months late). On top of delays, 2 items were damaged or manufactured wrong. The tempo bookshelf says not to over tighten as it will crack...well it cracked badly in several spots with hand tools and several bolts are sticking out 1/2cm as the cracking will be worse if installed properly. The conrad sideboard was not manufactured/ machined properly. Half of the predrilled holes were not there, the particle board material was chipped an cracked in several spots, and the main 2 doors don't hang properly. I have ordered 7 other high gloss white items from Structube and did not have these issues. I have also put literally 2 dozen piece of furniture together before. Customer service did not reply to my 2 emails asking for replacement of the bookshelf or a discount in price for damage. I am happy with the 2 manchester desks, but I am very unhappy with my overall experience due to product delays, lack of communication, and 2 items having poor workmanship. read more

Delivery and customer service is the worst! We will NEVER trust this company again! They don't care about customer at all!! We had a delivery window from 1-5pm, the delivery guy arrived at 1:00 and called us, we live in a tall building condo and I told him that I would meet him in 3 minutes. I arrived loading zone at 1:04, he is gone!?! He LEFT at 1:01pm. So, people, if you live in high building please jump out from your window to get your furniture delivery or pay an other $110 delivery fee! We tried to talk to their customer service, and had a worst experience ever. We will return everything and NEVER shop from here again! read more

Horrible experience. Extremely poorly organized. Very poor customer service. Poor quality of articles.

Stay away from these people. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced (I am actually on hold for now 10+ minutes as they completely and utterly bungled an order). I don't even know how to describe what they do. I can tell you what they do not do: They do not communicate with their customers - once you order something, your order disappears in a black hole for months without any information or status They have no clue about shipping - they outsource to some local shippers but have no control over them. This means they place the onus to organize and setup shipping entirely on the customer (which is quite clever from their POV as they don't have any work with your order anymore. They do after all have your money). However, they will not provide you with a phone number to that shipper until the day of the shipment. And of course they do not let you know when a shipment is ready. Sooooo, unless you call the very same day of the shipment, you will get a call from a shipping company out of the blue, advising you that they will be at your house within hours. Because, you know, we all do not work and sit around the house waiting for things to arrive They have no QC - the piece we ordered finally showed up and was irregular. I mean, a monkey with a stick could see that this furniture was not up to par; they shipped it anyways Their Customer service reps lie - sadly there is no other way to say that. I heard it twice from them .. "let me find this out and i give you a call". Except, the call never comes and you find yourself in a (now 19 minute) calling queue. On the positive side, holding the line provides you with ample time to write a review. Save yourself the hassle, the money, the anger and the head-shaking - buy furniture elsewhere. read more

Poor quality product and worst after sale service. The products we ordered took more than 2 months to get to us, and after it was delivered there were two items that were missing pieces and a few defective chairs (Stay away from the NORDIC chairs). They had to ship us the small pieces that were missing (3 weeks) and they would not honor the warranty to return or credit the chairs we purchased (even the non damaged ones) because they were used in a commercial setting. We were sold these chairs by their customer service representative with our large order for our property! Would not recommend shopping there for personal or business use. After the sale is done, so is the service and no promises of delivery on what you saw in the store. This business wont last long with poor service like this. read more

I ordered what looks like a fabulous glass dining room table more than 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately, it's still not arrived, I receive no auto updates on the timing of the delivery and when I called, they are unable to give me any sort of tracking information or confident estimate when it would arrive. The shipping company doesn't even answer their phone. Whether I like the table or not IF it arrives or I cancel soon, I honestly would NOT recommend ordering online from the company because you'll never know where your order is or if it'll arive. I'll just buy elsewhere. read more

Charge extra for delivery and won't schedule a window, they just send an automated caller the night before to let you know when they are going to send it. Horrible, frustrating experience dragged out over months. Poor customer service, cannot believe how much time was wasted. After 3 months we still don't have a functioning couch. Absolutely avoid this place if you value your time at all. We have gone through 2 deliveries now and are STILL missing parts (that we will now have to pick up ourselves due to the incompetency of this system). You also can't work with anyone except the manager from the store you purchased from because their national teams don't have access to any of the information. This is ridiculous and does not help with issue resolution. Horrible, horrible. Avoid at all costs. read more

Structube has some pretty well-designed furniture for condos. Not sure why "C.L". said this place has the ugliest furniture, this store carries some cool looking stuff...reminds me of EQ3; although I would say Structube is probably a grade lower in terms of quality and with just a slightly lower price point. Structube does however seem to have a wider selection. If you are looking for small compact furniture for condos, it's worth taking a look here. If I had the option to give 0 stars I would have. One of my worst shopping experiences ever. One of the worst customer services I've ever had to deal with, they're careless, arrogant and have difficulties expressing in either English or French. I paid a lot of money for a sofa that never got past my building door because of the worst delivery service anyone could deal with. I was literally doing the job of these 2 Eastern European gentlemen while they kept telling me that there's no way they're getting this box into my apartment. Not to mention that they kept speaking a foreign language while I was standing there trying to help them with their own job that I paid for. At the end, they told me that they could leave this heavy box right on a Main Street where we live so that me and my wife (who just gave birth to our 1 week old baby) unpack the box and bring it upstairs ourselves. We ended up returning the sofa that we've been expecting for a week now. Of course, the return and the refund will even take longer (around 17 days at max). We had gotten rid of our old sofa and Structube still has our money for a sofa we never received, so we're stuck with no living room. Their customer service that I contacted on 3 different occasions were simply too incompetent to admit fault and try to do something about it and save a customer. Instead, they told me that it was my fault for " obstructing " the way for their delivery guys and for not measuring the doors(something they never mentioned when they took my money obviously). To my surprise, they didn't even apologize or try to make me feel better. Please to everyone out there, think twice before purchasing anything from Structube, especially online. Visit other stores, you will find what you're looking for, even if it's a bit more expensive, stay away from Structube, they don't care. read more

Purchased Lida chairs in March 2021 for $179 a chair. Good price for chairs at time since they are now $299. Comfortable but after 10 months of using 1-2x a month, since chairs are in formal dining rooms, the seams on the chair seat close to where the seat meets the back of chair is coming apart and exposing sharp staples. My husband noticed the other day because he cut his hand on the staples. Upon inspection, this is happening to 3 of the 6 chairs purchased. Contacted Structube since it was within 1 year of purchase and this is clearly a defect in manufacturing but Structube said this is due to wear and tear. We don't agree how this could be wear and tear when chairs look brand new and used max 20x. As well if manufacturer used stronger or longer staples, the staples would not be exposed or cause the seams to come loose and cut people. Also structube doens't seem to allow bad reviews to be posted on their website so buyers beware. read more

Good furniture. They are busy so be patient. Also, try to order in stock items. I only wish that the call wait times were lower.

the worst company. charged my credit card. waited a month for delivery- rearranged my schedule to be home during the ridiculous 5hr delivery window- only to find out furniture wasnt to be delivered due to structube forgetting to pay their freight company. never use again- terrible company, terrible customer service. waste of time and money. zero stars read more

I purchased an item online back on July 19th and my receipt advised that it would be available August 1. Since then the delivery date has been pushed out several times and I am now told it will not be available until September 28th. Structube has had my money since July 19th - when I called to discuss their unreliability and poor service (after being on hold for 2 hours), I was told that there was nothing they can or would do for me - no discount, no free delivery - nothing. I like the products but Structube has the worst customer service. read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible, which we read before ordering a couch from them and ignored. The couch came damaged twice, even though the packaging wasn't which suggested it was damaged from the factory. The bottom frame was broken on the first couch and the fabric was ripped from the factory on the 2nd, which, as they pointed out multiple times, they "graciously" paid for the shipping back of their damaged couch, as if they were doing us a favor by taking back their damaged product. The three phone calls we had with them were frustrating, they took forever got back to emails, and even then sometimes they would never respond. On the phone they were condescending and refused to exchange the 2nd damaged couch for a new one. In the end nothing was resolved, and they sent a return truck without telling us (!) to take away the couch without replacing it, which felt very shady. We were happy just to be done with the company so decided to let them take it. They're still processing the return though, and have offered nothing in way of a solution or compensation for the ordeal. I highly suggest you look elsewhere even disregarding the service issues, as the couch was just alright in person. The stitching wasn't straight along the back, and some of the fabric lengths were slightly mismatched. Not a huge deal, but disappointing quality nonetheless. We've had a much better experience with both Wayfair and West Elm online, both of which we had to make shipping returns and had pleasant experiences. read more

my package arrived damaged. they promised to replace the parts-- 2 weeks later and i'm still waiting. just got off the phone with the structube manager whose defence is that fed-ex is lying to me (fed ex told me that they haven't picked up the package yet). i should've checked online ratings of this store before buying- google it and you'll see that the average rating across sites is even lower than Yelp's. will never buy from them again. read more

We have been trying to return the Cologne Table with two matching benches since May 2020. The description fails to mention that the table does in fact have a veneer finish on it, that comes off in chunks when you wipe it, or wear a sweater at the table. They were finally picked up in July, after originally trying to pick them up from a wrong address the first time. Still have not received our refund, as Structube has not received confirmation from their shipper that it has been returned. We have followed all policies, and have waited the 10 business days to receive the money back. The "Customer Service Representative" laughed at us when we said we would continue calling back each day until we received our refund. Horrible service, the delivery people damaged my entrance and as soon as they realized it, they asked me to sign a waiver otherwise they cannot get the sofa into the house. we could not understand why they were asking us, to sign a waiver and they were saying they cannot get the sofa in without damaging our door. But after they left with the sofa, because we refused to sign that waiver, we saw the damaged area outside the door. When I called the structube, I was told that they have a picture from the delivery company that the sofa was not fitting in and they are going to charge me for the delivery. I measured the door and compared it against the dimensions given in their website, there was at least an inch of gap. I made pictures of my entrance door and provided measurement but they have not returned my money back. They have not got back to me at all, and when I called back, they said it is Saturday and they have lots of customers in store and dont have time for me. Before I pay for the sofa, I was also a customer, but now I am running after them to get my money back. They have not even refund me for the sofa that was not delivered into me. If you receive defect on third time it will be not their responsible. So I have to take chances. Also if you don't have original boxes, the truck company will not pick up the defect.
