Which landed me here and I tell ya the best body shop I have ever been to! I live 3 1/2 hrs west of here in Lancaster county. Wish I lived closer so I could use them all the time! They did my repair in a timely manner. Explained the whole process with them and insurance company. When picked up they explained and told me everything the was either replaced or fixed! Unfortunately when I picked up my car a few miles down the road my serpentine belt shredded because the fan had hit it in the accident and knicked it! This was NOT their fault!! The estimator and shop manager brought my rental back to me and told me to get on my way! And told me they would send my car to me 3 1/2 hrs away to me. Meanwhile they had it my car checked out mechanically by Subaru to make sure it was in tip top shape!!! Which they found the seal behind my harmonic balancer was shredded from the belt. They fixed that and sent me my car! Like I said BEST SHOP EVER!!! So if you live in the Greensburg area USE THEM!!!

(No I'm not a horrible driver, hail damage was once, haha) He is maybe akin to a magician. It wasn't just that my car was fixed. It looked better than brand new. I have heard that grey or silver is very hard to color match, but he got it to be absolutely perfect, and even used the leftover paint to fix some small dings on the other side. Aside from the incredible skill he has as a mechanic and auto body specialist, Howard has always been very kind and polite when handling our vehicle. He understands that a vehicle accident is tough for anyone and helps in every possible way. I recommend anyone and everyone go to Howard's for auto body. I moved to pittsburgh and still won't let anyone touch my car except him! I'll drive the hour and a half or pay the towing so that he can do the work and I know it will be right.

They kept it for days and finally got back to me to tell me it was going to cost 12 K and final number was 9 K. I waited for 3 weeks and picked up my car and the right light where the deer jumped into my car was not working. I called and returned the car to Smail and they then said, they put a used light in the car and now needed insurance to pay for a new one. So I leave again and they call me to come in and the repair should take about an hour. 3.5 hours later I am still sitting in their small office. After 3.5 hours, they tell me the computer won't work so the new headlight and running light will not work and that I have to take it to the dealership. I make an appointment at the dealership in Pittsburgh and they take the car apart again and lo and behold find that there is NO LIGHT BULB. They have to order the bulb and again I must go in and get the bulb installed. One might say that Smail is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier LOL. I have never encountered such incompetence.
