Small Goal Soccer has a serious integrity problem. They have been doing this for at least three seasons straight, consistently finishing in the top two and winning by margins like 7 to 0, 9 to 1, and worse. Somehow they are still not promoted. This is not just bad management. It is a complete disregard for the spirit of competition. It undermines the league, insults every other team trying to develop, and spits in the face of sportsmanship. Allowing a stacked high-level team to run riot in the lowest divisions for years is not just unfair. It is pathetic. We have raised this issue with Small Goal Soccer through emails, texts, and follow-ups. Their response is a lazy shrug saying if they win this year they will be promoted. After four seasons? Really? What is the point of even having divisions if you are going to let this happen? This league has potential, but as long as it enables this kind of farce, it is nothing more than glorified target practice for teams that should not even be there. Step up. Fix it. Or stop calling it a league.

I can just take my son to the park and do the same. So we emailed them a few times and left a bunch of VMs to call us but not once did we get a response. But he loves it! I think the things that make this program great are the short classes ranging from 30-45 minutes. The coaches also cover the basics of soccer in an environment your kids are already familiar with. My kiddo often comes home showing me how he can "tick tock like a clock" (alternate his legs when kicking a ball) or how he has learned to go "fast like a bunny and slow like a turtle". The sessions are low key and they never force the kids to do anything but they are learning even when the kids choose not to participate. I highly recommend this to all my mom friends.

Gradually, that has diminished and this last time, it was a struggle to find some nice shirts. After much perusing, did manage to find a couple but they weren't as good deals as I've found in the past. I will continue to shop here. It's just really getting difficult to score decent deals. As soon as I walked in, I realized it's Dick's Sporting Goods clearance center. The store was huge and had a ton of merchandise. I immediately went to the women's clothing section and I was in heaven! I found a bunch of high end beautiful golf apparel that they also sell at retail prices at their competitor's sporting goods store. The prices were pretty good but if you found a 5 on the ticket, you got an additional 50% off. If you found a 6, it was an additional 30% off! I ended up getting 6 beautiful items for only $131! I did my calculation and it would've cost me $454 if I had paid retail. Deals on top of deals! Major score, made me very happy:) So glad I found this store and extremely happy with my purchase.
