This place is absolutely AMAZING and what these welders do is PHENOMENAL especially when it comes to the world of the spirits industry! To see the product that they produce in my opinion is art. The different size pot stills, column stills and other machines are breathtaking. I won't even mention the prices related to them. For our visit Vendome had a beautiful julep ready for us accented with a copper straw. Obviously we had to sign a safety waiver and were required to wear closed toe shoes. But they provided hearing and eye protection as well as gloves for those of us who wanted to pound on some of that copper and shape it up! The employees were very respectful and inviting and entertained all of our questions. They really made us feel very comfortable. This business has 3 or 4 generations of family who continue to carry that torch making it a continued success. If you ever come across an event where they are allowing visitors, make sure you attend!

We have never rented from this place, i had never heard of them until this past week. I will…read morehowever never allow a contractor on my property again if they use anything from them again no matter what their reputation. It seems these people could care less how they affect people who have had nothing to do with their buisness. We should be closing on our home loan, but because of these people and their own fault for not taking care of their own problems, we found out as were going to close that they have a lein on our property. Up until this point we have never even heard of this company much less owed a cent to them. Instead of dealing with the excavation contractor who rented their property; they took the addresses of the places he used the bulldozer who had no dealings, no contracts, nothing to do with them and put leins on all of our properties. They also didnt even have the decency to notify us that this was going to happen. Now we have to sit and wait after we had to pay his bill and wait for him to pay us back, because lein releases can take up to 30 days, 30 DAYS WE MAY HAVE TO WAIT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR NEW HOME DUE TO THEIR ACTIONS. These people seem to have no moral compass. It doesnt matter what is "legal", just because it is legal does not make this right. It does not make you decent human beings. This is down right shameful and there is no way to make their side of this honorable to me or any of the other property owners who may still not know they have a lein on their property right now that is no fault of their own since they paid a contractor to do a service. Now just because he didnt pay his bill it falls on them unbeknownst to them and we will forever have it shown their was a lein on our property that was not our fault.

The FIRST time they came out to install, the railings were OVER 3 feet too short! It took the company SIX times of coming out and hours of time spent on the phone with the project manager, the installer, myself and my husband! The only person in the Company that ever apologized for all the problems, was the young man who came out to install. The product was very well done. However, only gets 3 stars because of poor customer service. Its hard to get anybody to answer the phone. I would call the girl who gave me her cell phone or left message there. She never apologized for all the inconveniences we had!!
