I came over to his shop, after calling first to set up a time to meet, with the most basic of drawings and proper dimensions describing what I was building; an outdoor Black Oak shelf bookcase. We talked through things like the weight of the slabs, over all height/weight and after determining that 1/4 inch steel would suffice with curved corners - I was happy. Charlie had them done in about 7 days and they were perfect. When I picked them up I drove over and dropped them at the powder coater. Could not be more happy with the craftsmanship, the easy going professional attitude and the price was great too. Not enough stars in this recommendation for me!

It took the company SIX times of coming out and hours of time spent on the phone with the project manager, the installer, myself and my husband! The only person in the Company that ever apologized for all the problems, was the young man who came out to install. The product was very well done. However, only gets 3 stars because of poor customer service. Its hard to get anybody to answer the phone. I would call the girl who gave me her cell phone or left message there.
