They have a lot of equipment to offer and with reasonable prices. Great service and communication!

We have never rented from this place, i had never heard of them until this past week. I will however never allow a contractor on my property again if they use anything from them again no matter what their reputation. It seems these people could care less how they affect people who have had nothing to do with their buisness. We should be closing on our home loan, but because of these people and their own fault for not taking care of their own problems, we found out as were going to close that they have a lein on our property. Up until this point we have never even heard of this company much less owed a cent to them. Instead of dealing with the excavation contractor who rented their property; they took the addresses of the places he used the bulldozer who had no dealings, no contracts, nothing to do with them and put leins on all of our properties. They also didnt even have the decency to notify us that this was going to happen. Now we have to sit and wait after we had to pay his bill and wait for him to pay us back, because lein releases can take up to 30 days, 30 DAYS WE MAY HAVE TO WAIT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR NEW HOME DUE TO THEIR ACTIONS. These people seem to have no moral compass. It doesnt matter what is "legal", just because it is legal does not make this right. It does not make you decent human beings. This is down right shameful and there is no way to make their side of this honorable to me or any of the other property owners who may still not know they have a lein on their property right now that is no fault of their own since they paid a contractor to do a service. Now just because he didnt pay his bill it falls on them unbeknownst to them and we will forever have it shown their was a lein on our property that was not our fault. read more
