I explained to Josh what I was looking for and he quoted me a price. I never heard from any of the other companies on the website. I made contact with Josh on a Thursday and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he came out and measured and said that he'd be back on Wednesday morning. He indicated he'd be on his way after picking up the material. Unfortunately, the supplier had a slight problem and he was delayed. He made it to the house and went straight to work about two and half hours later, he was finished. The work did what I needed it to do-cover the basement opening and allow the water to drain off the cover--keeping my grandson safe all the while. Josh is responsive. He listened to what I was looking for and he delivered. I will use Josh's services if I have a need and I highly recommend him. So precise, that we can stack three rolled 2 x 2 tubes atop one another to create a curved 2 x 6 member. Wall collapse is very minimal.
