Early on I received weekly , bimonthly treatments. Ricardo was able to addresd severe muscle tightness that caused daily pain. Ask him how he started in the massage therapy. He was also a MMA fighter. I recommend his services all the time. He was prepare my muscles for spartan races (sprint, super and beast) and helped with speedy recovery.
