I would buy from just about another other company but them! They are complete liars! I was interested in purchasing the Orbit baby travel system that cost $2,300 & the toddler seat & base that cost $758. Both together is a total of $3,000, which is on the higher end of any travel system. I chatted with Tori to see if they offer any type of discount, which she advised me they didn't, but to sign up for their rewards program. She explained how it works. I asked specifically if Orbit baby is a qualifying order, which she replied to "Yep!". I purchased the travel system on 9/29, earned $200 in rewards points & today I tried to apply to my order. To my surprise, my order does not qualify! Apparently, they are willing to lie to customers to trick them into purchasing through them. DO NOT order from these con artists! There are much better reputable sellers out there. If there are any issues with your order, these slimy people will weasel their way out and make it impossible to cancel your order. I made a mistake ordering an accessory to a stroller here instead of ordering direct from the manufacturer to save on shipping costs. They did not tell me at the time of order that the order would be delayed for 6 weeks. When they reached out, they promised a mid July delivery. I did not complain because I had a trip scheduled for the end of July where I would need this accessory. However as the trip date neared, I reached out again for the status and they said it's dependent upon the manufacturer. They didn't even have the item on hand. When I asked to cancel the order, the refused to and stopped responding. Terrible customer service TLDR: don't order here, use someone else. I submitted a return request after the wrong color item was ordered for me as a gift and still have not received confirmation of my return request or a return label. She spent 3+ hrs with me as we talked through the pros/cons of each brand and was so patient and kind as we went back and forth between each one. Just purchased a new stroller from here and couldn't be happier about our experience. They had exactly what we were looking for! The service was incredible, they showed us how to use it and what put it over the top was Taylor dusting it and made sure it was spick and span! I ordered a Stokke high chair through their website. It took almost two weeks to ship! And every time I would contact them, they were unable to provide any answers besides telling me just to wait. There were no attempts at trying to make things right either. Most of the items they carry are available at 100s of other retailers, so I would not order anything from here again. read more

Deceptive. Beware. It seems that they just want to make the sale and not have to worry about customer service. If you return an unused item they will make it so difficult to get a refund AND also charge you $30 for return shipping AND give you some BS about how they cannot resell it so they want to charge you another 30% "restocking fee". Interesting because IF you cannot resell it then what is the point of restocking it. It's just a scam on this side of their business. They received the product back in perfect condition and had it for over a week and then claimed that it had scratches on the bottom of it so they cannot resell it. My guess is they added scratches so they can invoke their bs policy. The only way you will get a full refund is if you receive the box. Don't open it and then return it. There are better companies out there. Their policy is set up to screw the consumer. So unless you are 100% sure that you will keep your purchase, DO NOT BUY here. Stolleria sold me a defective $650 Nuna Revv car seat and refused to offer replacement. I had previously purchased the Nuna Mixx Stroller, Nuna Pipa Rx lite car seat and two Nuna Revv convertible car seats from Strolleria. Service was fine until the second Nuna Revv was defective out of the box. Due to work schedules, it's critical to have a car seat in each vehicle to keep my son safe. I informed Stolleria that upon opening the box, the car seat was found to be defective and requested an exchange. Stolleria absolutely refused the exchange despite the product being quite literally unused and in new condition. Strolleria's manager recommended I borrow a car seat until Nuna ships a replacement. Stolleria offers premium products but fails to deliver even average customer service. Don't risk purchasing a defective product that Stolleria will not take accountability for. Pottery Barn offers the same Nuna products, for the same price, more color options, with better customer service and a reasonable return policy. As made obvious by Stolleria's response, instead of offering an exchange for their defective product, they'll avoid accountability and defer to the manufacture. Purchasing through Stolleria is to accept that any level of customer service ends at the point of sale. I'm surprised by the audacity of a company to sell me a defective product, then expect me to resolve that problem for them. At best, use Stolleria to test various products, then buy the item from Pottery Barn. read more

I wanted to share my experience in case you are ordering online! They had my car seat available for pre-order and I was nervous with my baby due in January it's and with all of the supply chain issues and Christmas coming I was feeling defeated! Luckily it seems as though their stock came right when they said it would and it was shipped fast! I only live in California but I appreciated how fast they get things processed and shipped! Horrible company! Don't waste your money - they market themselves as a luxury baby supply company but the customer service is awful. They have little to no knowledge of their products and will tell you lies based on what they want to sell. Be careful trusting their comments on safety features and setup! Completely wrong! The $1500 stroller I was given was incorrect, not the one I tested in the store but they would not allow returns. The bassinet I purchased required adapters that they never told me about and that they didn't even have in store! Despite constant issues and spending over $3000 in the store they did nothing for me on these issues. They market themselves as the luxury company that you can come back anytime with issues or questions - that is absolutely not the case, nor should you trust what they say. My husband was excited to finally go here when we visited my parents in Phoenix. We had used the website to do lots of research for a double stroller, travel system, and car seats when we were expecting our twins. So when we had the chance to see the store in-person, we took the chance. But for me, it was a lil anti climatic. The store is a tad bit crowded with all the strollers and travel systems and then the car seats were all up on one wall. I was easily under impressed and ready to go since we already have our travel system and my goodness, I'm not used to the AZ heat... Well we stayed a bit and checked things out. When we entered, we were welcomed and asked what we were looking for. Our intent was just to check out the store but I felt like saying that would've been weird so we said that we are kinda interested in checking out the car seats since the twins are soon outgrowing their infant seats. I asked to see a demo of the new car seat from Cybex with a rotating feature for ease of strapping baby in. It was cool to see. There's even a car chair on the floor to use with the different car seats being tested. While my mom (who was so impressed!) kept talking and learn more about the car seats and new features these days, I decided to look around more and I remembered how fun it was to look through the different kinds of strollers etc during pregnancy. I guess if I had been in the store during the time I was actually shopping for a stroller, it would've been nice to touch everything and test things out. Not all the high quality looks actually feel high quality. So glad our Bugaboo Donkey2 turned out to be pretty good. As for pricing goes, there is not much difference between what they offer and what manufacturers offer, so I don't see why one would purchase here instead of from the company itself, other than to support a small business and potentially go home with the actual product the same day. One thing for sure is that Strolleria's specialty is knowing and offering the different kinds of high end strollers and travel systems. They seem to excel at that. Seems like pretty inappropriate behavior, as well as extremely odd. The owner is clearly very paranoid about PayPal purchases and his business practices of searching customers using private payment information is unethical. There was no fraud but you have scared off a legitimate customer with your strange business practices. Ive never had to prove myself as a customer. Buyer beware. This company offers zero purchase protection. I ordered my car seat from this company. It was delivered at the same time as several items from other stores. Unfortunately someone followed the delivery truck and stole all of the delivered packages from our doorstep before I was able to bring them inside. I have video proof that I offered to send all affected retailers. I contacted all of the stores we bought the various items from. Strolleria was the ONLY retailer that refused to assist us in anyway. Other stores helped us file claims with the shipper, offered us refunds or a discount to repurchase, or resent our orders free of charge. Strolleria's response was simply "we are not responsible." As a former ecommerce retailer, I completely understand that in this day and age, a small business cannot be financially liable for every stolen package, but their lack of empathy, lack of assistance with a solution, and lack of insurance on an over $300 carseat is unacceptable, in my opinion. As a retailer who ships expensive items, it is, in my experience, best practice to provide some risk protection. This was my first Strolleria purchase, and it will be my last. read more

We came in looking at stroller A and B, but Drew guided us to C and D. Since it was a lot of money and more than we thought we'd be comfortable spending, we left and did our research. Drew was more than honest and he told us all good and bad about each stroller. We had help buying our stuff and thank goodness we asked for helfp. Our parents told us we were crazy and mentioned how they didn't have strollers when they were growing up... something about dinosaurs chasing them... whatever. Guess what, our parents freaking LOVE this stuff. All that story telling about how we were wasting our money, and now they are telling their sabertooth hunting buddies to get their kids to buy this stuff, too. My dad even mentioned other gear we were looking at and started telling us about it like he was looking to buy it for himself! A year later, we are very happy with our purchases. We've been back a few times to get other stuff and just picked up a convertible car seat for our now 1-year old. I didn't even bother to look anywhere else. I checked online to see if they had anything new, watched a couple YouTube videos, but eventually just walked in and said, "what should we get?". We also looked at jogging strollers while we were there, and again, Drew kept it straight with us and there was no pressure to buy. This is an over due review but we purchased a Cybex Priam Lux and car seat set from Strolleria after doing extensive research on what we wanted and where to buy it from. We were disappointed as the set that was sent to us the first time was an open box item, the wheels have clearly been rolled around and not the wheel set we ordered. It was also missing the belly bar which we had to request to get one back directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturing date for the Lux seat was also from an old inventory from 2 years ago. The owner was responsive to arrange for a return of the stroller base to the one we actually ordered but definitely not an experience I'd want after paying $1,000. read more

Went out on a limb to purchase from a smaller store and unfortunately was disappointed. They shipped my car seat and there was a rip on the bottom of the box. I didn't think to check the bottom of the car seat. Had to return because the product description did not line up with what I thought I was getting. I knew I would be less $30 for the shipping and I was gonna be ok with that because I understand shipping is expensive. Getting in back in the box was not fun. I managed and when they received they said there were scratches all over the bottom and I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee (which is high). Typically I see 20% if people charge that. They offered me a full gift card but I declined as I don't want to do business with them. The scratches don't make sense. They go into the indent of the base of the seat. I would have to purposefully drag something inside to scratch it. I had it two days and used it once until I realized it was not as described. I sense some scaminess going on here... read more

The person interacting with me was so incredibly helpful and kind. I then learned that the person chatting with me was actually the owner of the store! Learning that Strolleria is a small business and that I would be supporting a family over a corporation really sealed the deal for me. Strolleria is a boutique-y, no pressure store to check out what I would call the "Instagram" strollers! They have top end brands like Uppababy, Nuna, and Stokke right next to each other so you can experiment with them and even roll them outside to see the colors in natural light. The owners are knowledgeable and kind. They answered all the questions my best friend, husband, and I had, and were honest about feedback from their customers. They even had insight into what was being developed for future models so we could decide to purchase now or wait. We ended up going with the Nuna Mixx + Pipa Jett travel system and literally cannot wait to meet our little beebs and push him/her around! We will be visiting again to shop for baby chairs and play-yards! read more
