Excellent Greek cuisine. Plates are moderate of size, but of great taste. I went with the suggestions of the lady serving the food and was not disappointed. The calamari and the oysters on bread/toast were both excellent of taste. The bread is served with a very good olive oil to dip it in. The main course (something with pita in the name) was feta and meat in filo. Really good. Drank Greek wines with it - there is a great selection - and finished with the splendid Ardbeg whisky. Will definitely come back here!!

My girlfriend and I liked this restaurant so much we even considered it to be the best greek restaurant in Belgium ! At first, you will think it is really modern food but actually the presentation of the dishes is the only thing that is modern to it because the "mezes" taste like how they would be served in Greece. We really enjoyed the restaurant thanks to the service, the taste and quality of the food and the location of the restaurant. For once I can say it is worth the price it comes with !

    Delicious!

First, I would recommend you to book a table, it gets really packed! We booked a table for two, but a friend joined in the last minute, so we were three. We asked for a table for three but they were not very happy about this. We had some problems but in the end they agreed to give us a table. (Thanks to my Greek friend!). The place: is really nice! Specially the part inside (ask for a table in the cozy-rustic part of the restaurant! The food: from a non-Greek perspective I found it really good. Quantity was not a lot, but quality was up to our expectations! The price: each dish is around 10 for the starters and main courses around 15! We paid around 35 per person, and ordered 2 starters and 3 main courses to share + wine. It's a nice place for special occasions! A big thanks to the Greek waitress who speaks Spanish and lived in Valencia, she was really nice to us!!

Greek tapas that came recommended by a Greek representative from EU meetings I was at during the week and it didn't disappoint.

As one of my dining companions said: "If I wanted dog food covered in meal sauce, I would have…read moreordered that!" Please, let me explain. It was a rainy day in Brussels and we needed to eat and get dry. Looking for reasonably priced mussels we found Le Grec. It really is adorable, but a bit corny in its decor. My husband ordered mussels, which were advertised on the outside. Sorry, the waitress said, we are out of mussels! Say what? No problem though. We all love gyros and they were on the menu. They did not come in a pita, the usual way we get them in the States. We are open to cultural differences, so we thought, why not as a platter. We all 3 ordered them and some water. Sorry, she said, we don't have water! Say what what?? The meal arrived. We were all looking for the strips of seasoned meat grilled vertically and cut very thin. What we had was a plate with lovely fries, a salad drenched in what we took to calling "meal sauce" and some tiny brown nuggets that were reminiscent of dry dog food, with some more meal sauce over them. Next to that was a pickled hot pepper with a different variety of meal sauce. On occasion, if you chewed and breathed at the same time, there was a slight taste that hinted of gyros. Otherwise, it was just nuggets in meal sauce. Disappointing.
