She makes her own sauces: potato sauce, eggplant sauce or her own spicey cocktail sauce. It's divine. This is really a place for people 'in the know'. It's on a lonely square next to the Brussels canal. But at noon people are lining up to get their pita (even the Brussels police gets their pita there).
