I had a career journey that was a bit different and Lucas gave me the confidence to put my best self out there. Lucas is a genius when it comes to resumes, LinkedIn updates, interview prep, and cover letters. The interview process was where I was the most nervous but with all the tips and tricks Lucas provided I was extremely confident during each interview as the prepping really paid off. While going through interviews Lucas was extremely supportive and flexible with his schedule to ensure I was ready for every round. I received an offer and I could honestly say I could have not done it without Lucas's support and guidance. Thank you Lucas!

I toyed with the idea of making a drastic career change but was paralyzed with indecision for a while. I figured I should probably find a professional career coach to help me get some clarity, and that is when I met Lucas. Lucas took the time to really try and understand my career situation, so that we could formulate a plan that was unique to me. We started with career aptitude tests which helped me learn more about myself. We defined and prioritized my career goals, and explored the many paths I could take to reach them. Also, Lucas is a resume magician, transforming my plain, wordy resume into a much more impressive, concise one. He also helped me with my LinkedIn profile which I appreciate since I am a total LinkedIn newbie. He basically did almost everything he could to set me up for success. I highly recommend Lucas whether you are starting out in your career or changing your current career path. He can provide the support, insight, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.

However, the techniques they taught, like CBT & DBT, couldn't apply to my case......I kept iterate my personal stories to different therapists for a long long time, feeling frustrated and hopeless. I saw a post in a Facebook private group, which asking for the recommendation of a therapist in California. Dr. Joyce is on the recommended list. After reading Dr. Joyce's webpage, I found the statement she wrote touched my heart, and I decide to contact her via the email. Now, I've learned lots of self-caring methods to peacefully coexist with those psychological illnesses. I tried very hard to "treat" those diseases, but forgot they're part of me. For me, it's not about "cure" but about "surrender" and cherish with what I had. I graduated from a world top 10 university and worked for FAANG in the silicon valley with great compensation. I thought I was smart enough to handle those traumas and illnesses, but Dr. Joyce always points out the things I didn't notice before and provides great tools/techniques to help me get alone with "them". Really appreciate to Dr. Joyce's patience and professional expertises! Her therapy sessions are the most precious and invaluable experiences I had ever had. I would 200% recommend people who suffer from psychological disease to contact Dr. Joyce. You will not regret this decision.

My body was in a…read moreconstant state of high alert--I'd wake up every hour with clenched teeth, tight fists, and curled toes. The lack of rest made me irritable and exhausted, creating a vicious cycle that was stealing the joy from my life and straining my relationships. I felt like the world was moving on without me. Sarah is truly an 'old soul' with incredible wisdom. I've seen psychologists and therapists before, but I've never built trust as quickly as I did with her. She has an innate ability to cut through complex emotions and provide clear, actionable insights. In every session, I had an epiphany about how my old beliefs were causing my suffering. What makes her approach so effective is that she doesn't just talk; she uses hypnosis to 'program' the subconscious with these new insights right then and there. Nine sessions later, I am a different person. I'm sleeping better, and while anxiety still visits, I now know how to accept it without letting it take over. My relationship with my spouse has improved immensely, and I've found a new sense of purpose. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.

That there was always something to fix, something to heal, something to improve. Working with Sarah broke that pattern for me. Through our sessions, we were able to close loops I didn't even realize were still open. On a conscious level, I thought I had already "done the work." But at a subconscious level, there were still pieces waiting to be integrated. Sarah guided me gently and skillfully, even through the harder sessions. I always felt safe. Never rushed. Never judged. Just supported. After completing our work together, I feel lighter. More present. The constant feeling that I need to fix myself or prove something has finally quieted. I have already accomplished many of my external goals but internally I always felt like it was never enough. That cycle has stopped. I now feel whole rather than in progress. I genuinely appreciate the time I spent working with Sarah. I respect her as a practitioner and as a woman doing this work. It has been an incredibly meaningful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels ready for deep, subconscious transformation.

I knew that I shouldn't feel like I should spend most of my days without passion, happiness, and energy on a daily basis. I felt like a was going in the wrong direction with my career, and really had no plan of how I could get out of the rut I was in. My first session with Amy was so valuable, that if I never had another, I believe that it would have still changed my life. Amy didn't tell me what to do, but instead helped me identify what I really wanted to do with my life, what was stopping me, and what to focus on to be happier. She helped me focus my disorganized thoughts and ideas into a cohesive and actionable plan that I could take step by step. After each session, Brandy's always there to help or serve when I text or email her with something I'm having trouble with. Initially, I went in for her to uncover my blind spots, and even though she didn't say, "Josh, X, Y, Z are your blind spots," after each session, I'm always amazed at what I haven't been able to see myself. That being said, she's definitely given me what I was looking for, but more importantly, she's transformed my emotional, mental, and spiritual life. One thing to remember, though, is coaching is really a two-way street. At the end of the day, YOU have to put in the work and effort to further your own growth. If you don't care about your own growth, it doesn't matter how great your coach is... you will never grow. Brandy's job is to be the guiding light for your life, but it's you who still have to walk the path at the end of the day. That being said, Brandy will do whatever it takes to serve you, and it's something I always take comfort in whenever I go in to see her.
