The eassys were not assisted by the counselor you paid for but reviewed by separate "essay teachers" who are not familiar with the students' study and life, so they were only able to give limited feedback grammatically, instead of helping to make the eassys substantially more appealing. In the end, the result is disappointing. Don't waste your money on them. They don't do much, and there is nothing that you don't already know how to do on your own.
