Lets start off by saying their food is actually amazing. I am gluten free & they had many gf arancini options & calzone (both absolutely amazing) and many vegan options for both as well (I think they might have had vegan cheese too) I tried to go last night at 9:30 pm (because I was really desperate for Arancini) and their website says they closed at 10. The doors were wide open, lights on and there was a lady at the front. I asked if they were open and she looked at me like I had 10 heads, then said no. She was really rude about it. Tried again this morning (again because I was desperate for GF arancini) and what a completely different experience. The girls at the front were so nice & the food was so worth it. Amazing amazing gluten free arancini & calzone. (I had the spinach & cheese arancini & the eggplant calzone) Also if you go right next door to Pasticceria (something) they have gluten free cannoli. read more

We spent 4 days in Taormina and we spent 4 days eating their delicious arancini. Freshly made rice balls with various fillings inside. The crispy breadcrumbs coating that had been deep-fried making the rice balls looking like little golden eggs. Recommend ragu, spicy sausage and spinach. This was cheap and value for money, starting from €2. We tried elsewhere but nothing compared to it. read more

Ok for a quick slice of pizza or an Arancino. We loved the pizza with aubergine (melanzana) topping and, of course, the traditional Arancino. A tad expensive -there are cheaper solutions - but it's a perfect location : there's a small theatre nearby behind the Santa Caterina church where you can sit and eat. read more

Grabbed a quick slice of pizza and drink. This small corner shop sells a great basic food. They had large trays of fresh pizza by the slice, a few pasta bake type dishes, and arancini. Standing room only inside. Great place to grab a quick bit and keep on exploring the town. read more

Sicilian Focaccia - exactly like my Sicilian grandmother would make for us! All of the choices looked delicious, and the three we tried were perfect. Good price on beer and other items. Saw many customers buying the Arancini, so we did as well. Was very good, although I liked the focaccia better. Owner was very friendly and efficient. Food is already prepared...they just warm it up after you order it. For a quick but delicious bite, strongly recommend Strit Fud. read more
