Today, 05/06/2025, I have a FRAUD alert on my credit card for someone trying to charge over $299 on my credit card. Of course it has a different name on the fraudulent charge. We were warned by our child to NOT use a credit card or debit card at this location. Our child has had 2 times that they used a debit card at this place and then got fraudulent charges on their bank account. The bank made indication that this location had been a problem. I'm going to check into filing a police report and, if not, see if I can contact some state agency to request an investigation. I'll just have to see what else might be done. What a mess to have to contact all the auto pays I have to now fix since our credit card company had to cancel our credit card.

It's a smaller Love's, but easy access to the Interstate & seemingly good space for full-sized trucks towing. I only needed a restroom plus candy stop, but sadly I didn't see any sweet tooth desires. I would give a zero…read more Warning, warning. If you are ever in Lawton Oklahoma, and you have to go to Walgreens on Sheridan for something. Don't go there needing to use the bathroom. They will not unlock the bathroom door. They would rather you piss yourself in their store than in their toilet. I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I usually go through the drive thru window. However I had to go to the bathroom and decide to go inside. I finally found where the bathrooms were and read that bathrooms ARE available upon request. I went up front to ask the cashier. She got on the intercom and called code 33 (I guess it means open the bathroom). I went back to wait for them to show up. After waiting a few minutes I really had to go. I walked back to the front and asked again stating I really needed to go. The cashier stated that she will be there in a minute. I went to the back again to wait. After waiting a few more minutes nobody ever showed up and I ended up urinating on my pants. I contacted the local manager and told her about it. The response I got was everyone was busy and couldn't just drop what they were doing to open the bathroom to an older disabled veteran with urinary issues. Not that she cared or anything. When I told her I pissed myself all she had to say is sorry in a sarcastic tone. This Walgreens clearly doesn't care about the customers, I am a paying customer (I didn't walk in just to use their bathroom). If you are getting older and can't hold yourself like when you were younger, don't go here needing to use the bathroom or want good customer service. If they don't want paying customers to use the bathroom they should put up a sign stating No Public Restrooms Available. Then I wouldn't have waited so long for someone who wasn't going to show up. I guess Walgreens was saying piss on the customers.

I see that several people have complained about the deli...but I haven't gone to the deli at this store. All the cashiers that I have dealt with have really been friendly and helpful. I only shop here if I get home from shopping and realize that I forgot something...of if I have come down with something and won't make it into the main part of town for cough meds. This is because the store itself is just so old that it doesn't matter how hard the employees might be trying...it's just not clean and won't be clean. They need to remodel. Maybe I would feel better about the prices if they were trying to raise money for a remodel...but it clearly isn't...I don't know where the money from the higher prices is going.

Sometimes I'll get their rotisserie chicken or fresh baked bread, which has always been good. I usually stop by to pick up things I forgot when shopping at the Commissary or Sam's Club or when I need something quickly for tonight's dinner.

No help, and no resolution so far with my complaint via the company website. I'll just start to get my Top Tier gas at locations near where I work rather than near where I live. Only $11, but it is the principle of the thing. At a basic minimum, when I reported it to the clerk in the store, they should have put a sign on the pump to warn other customers.

I wonder how many other people out there have not checked their receipt or even got a receipt and have been charge for a car wash without their knowledge. If I were you I would check all my receipts as this place is clearly stealing money from the public. If you asked for a refund for something that you did not ask for or receive they should promptly refund your money and not argue with you. I don't get their argument are they just trying to steal more money or are they just trying to out right rip you off. I will never stop here again even if I have to push my car they are that crooked.
