We didn't pay attention to the receipt until we got out to the truck, but I thought it seemed a little high. We bought 4 items and every single one was overcharged. We didn't bother going back in as we didn't have time to deal with it at that point, and really, it wasn't a ton of money. But I still wanted to put it out there for others. Sometimes this happens at stores, but every single item? I found it odd. It would matter more to someone that was buying a ton of groceries. In any case, the store was very clean, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. It is refreshing. It is also nice to do my part for small local businesses. Perhaps I would go back if they put the advertised or posted prices in the register.

Small towns have paranoid people in small towns. Were both over 60 driving a minivan, wouldn't seem like a threat but pot smokers and paranoid people are all over the place so I am not surprised. Will never go back there, will not spend any money in Marlow, the prices in that market were outrageous anyway. the residents would save even driving to the next town. As soon as we left so did the red truck. By the way we live here, we had just bought this car with out of state license plates.

It's locally owned. People are really, really friendly in there and will help you with anything and you can learn so much when you're asking questions about the different things. The store recently changed management, and the young couple who now run it have made some nice changes. They now have food that they will cook to order during the week, and have fresh grilled fish on Saturdays. They have also included a small selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and have revamped their freezer section. The thing that ranks them highest in town for me is the bright, open feel to the store. The lights are on, the space is clean, and everything has a price tag. Not only are things easy to find, but you don't have to ask what things cost. This makes it a more comfortable shopping experience for customers who are new to an Asian market. The Asian Market is in an odd building. Though the address is Sheridan, the storefront is actually on Floyd. There are plenty of parking spaces in front, and so many treasures inside!
