Not only that, she also managed to inflict maximum pain while threading, pinching my skin more than a couple of times. All the while giving me *so much attitude* I almost thought she was my teenager. (I'm not entirely sure it was her, but when someone else in the staff was trying to help me figure out a solution, she also said, "That's five minutes of my life wasted!" I mean, come the *fuck* on. This is MY FACE and eyebrows take weeks to grow back!) It's also a really dingy, dark place, in the basement of a building, and the towels etc on the beds don't look like they've been washed in a few weeks. There's another Browhaus a couple of blocks away, do yourself a favor and go there instead, or to literally any other eyebrow salon in any corner of this city.

Ambience - not as relaxing as a normal spa would be and not as well maintained imo. Location - very convenient. Located right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus.
