We wanted to share a heartfelt experience we had with St. Lucie Lanes…read more We had a birthday party scheduled with them for our special needs son. I had to call yesterday and let them know only one other child is coming and ask to convert the package to just a lane reservation. Unfortunately none of the kids invited were available. We get there today and they inform us their staff pitched in and paid for the birthday package that today was on them. The technician had a brand new pin and they all signed it. Our hearts were absolutely full. Every once in a while through all the hardships in this world, our faith gets restored in humanity. Our son had a wonderful twelfth birthday. Thank you St. Lucie Lanes for your generosity and your hospitality.

We had a waitress we've never seen before. She had the personality of a brick, she was rude and many times we tried to get her attention for service and she was in the kitchen talking with the cook. We ended up getting helped by the girl with the black hair and tattoos. She's always so nice to us! We come in at least twice a month to take my son bowling and I've never seen the girl with the red hair smile or make nice conversation. We have approached her to get a drink or food and she will turn to us and ask bluntly, "what do you need?" It's off putting every time. They have a couple of lovely wonderful and sweet waitresses one of which I've also noticed bartends sometimes. The tattooed girl. She knows her stuff and you can tell she cares about her patrons experience. The sweet girl behind the front counter is a doll and the young men I've seen working there definitely keep busy. My husband and I run two restaurants and we notice detail and people, we love bowling and enjoy the location as it's very convenient for us. This place almost has everything perfect!!

Bowlero has been on my bucket list for years, and I got to check that off recently!…read more Wow, what an absolutely beautiful spot! This was my first time checking out Bowlero, and I was blown away. The bowling area is massive--lanes stretching as far as you can see, easily three dozen it seemed. The lanes look brand new, super clean and smooth, and the scoring system's phenomenal--easy to use, accurate, and keeps everything fun without any glitches. There's a service bar right there behind the lanes, perfect for grabbing drinks while you're bowling--no need to walk far. And did can be run out to your lanes table. There is also a lively Duffy's Sports Grill attached, and it was half full on a Wednesday night, great vibe, and you can order from their menu if you want solid food options beyond typical alley snacks. The arcade games are next level--some of the most advanced I've ever seen, seriously impressive setup that kept me entertained even after bowling. The best part? They had this killer $19.99 special after 7 PM: unlimited bowling with shoe rental included. Incredible deal! I knocked out six games in about an hour and a half, and it was so much fun. (My arm's still sore from hurling the ball at like 22 mph--but worth it!- had 5 strikes in a row) Overall, this is an amazing little (well, not so little) entertainment spot. Can't wait to go back--definitely a must-visit if you're in the Port St. Lucie area. Highly recommend! 5 stars from me.

This is by far the worst bowling experience I've had in my entire life. The only reason I'm giving…read moreit one star is for the drinks because both the lanes and service were trash. We paid for unlimited bowling and literally wasted an hour waiting for service and failed equipment. Let me start by saying I came with a party of about 10 bowlers (15 total as some of us did not bowl). Each bowler paid $20 (after taxes) for unlimited bowling. We even spent a minimum of $300 at Duffys ordering 3 Long Island pitchers, multiple orders of nachos, fries, individual drinks, etc. During our 3/4 hour visit we touched a total of 6 different lanes. The lane's just kept breaking down or were not working at all. We started at lanes 45/46 .. were moved to lanes 47/48 and ended up finally at lanes 35/36 -- avoid each of these lanes if possible me. Lane 35 will short you the third pin the entire game .. it's just going on an endless ride. Lane 36 just kept shutting off and we had to keep walking to the counter to get it manually reset. All the other lanes just mentioned just kept shutting off. The light would flicker and it would shut off mid game. Half of our party waited over 45 minutes for food they never received. My fries were cold and I had to send them back. The second round was warmer but still not crispy (like they microwaved the same order I sent back). I say that because it also came back VERY quick. The people working were too lazy to try to make any accommodation for our party. No discounts, no refunds as it was "nothing they could do." They were extremely unenthusiastic aboutl helping us with our multiple road bumps and even the "manager on duty" had "no control" .. lies. Come only if you want pitchers or nachos. You'll be waiting patiently all night to bowl as the lanes will likely repeatedly beak down. This was again BY FAR my worst bowling experience ever.

I'm not quite sure if this is supposed to be a restaurant with the option to play duck pins, or a place known for duck pins, but four lanes is not going to cut it, if they fill up even a quarter of the tables they have. Fortunately we had a small group, so one lane was sufficient. The group next to us utilized the other 3 lanes. Leaving no lanes left. I don't want to sound negative, we did have a blast, but we were very fortunate to come in right at opening time on a Saturday before it got busy. It was also, quite hard to eat on the little tables near the lanes, so I would advise grabbing a bigger table for food, along with a table near the lanes for just your drinks. The happy hour prices were pretty great! $5 a person to play a round of pins seemed reasonable, the drink options for myself didn't excite me, but my husband was happy to grab a few local brews from Frazier Creek! We tried the pretzel sticks and chips and guac. I would not get the guac again, I did like that it tasted fresh, without the preservative taste, but the chips...eek. The pretzel sticks I did not try, but my crew did enjoy them, along with their two dipping options! Which were a great deal on HH also! The option to play pool for free was great and the arcade was a nice extra touch for entertainment! We will be back to play pins!

We visited Locals Lanes while on vacation and were excited to spend some family time bowling. The…read morespace itself is new, nice, and has a great atmosphere. We also ordered the happy hour pretzel and guac, which were both good and added to what started as a positive visit. When we arrived, I specifically asked about the bowling policy, including whether there were any limits on time or on the number of games we could play. I was told there were no limits and that we would simply pay per game. Our group of five played quickly, and our first game took less than 30 minutes. When the game ended, we asked to play a second game and were told we could not because someone was waiting. That was disappointing because it was different from what had been explained to us upfront. Had we been told that additional games depended on whether others were waiting, we would have understood and set expectations accordingly. We are reasonable, and we would have been fine limiting ourselves to two games out of consideration for other guests. The frustrating part is that because we arrived early and finished first, we ended up being the ones disadvantaged. Our kids spent the first game learning and were excited to play a second round. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after us appeared to have a better chance of playing longer simply because they were still in the middle of their first game. I would return because the place is nice, the food we had was good, and it has a lot of potential. The main issue was not the venue itself. It was the lack of clarity and consistency in how the policy was communicated and applied. Better staff training around lane policies and customer expectations would make a big difference.
