I think this place takes advantage of the opportunity they are in. They do not stand behind the…read morequality of the products they produce. They know that we are only there for two days and that we are having custom shirts created that we want right away for a reason and that we will take them because we have no other choice. When I picked out the design that I wanted put on my shirt. I then picked out the shirt I wanted to use. It was put into a plastic bag and labeled for my specific job. However, when I picked my job up they informed me the long black line that now appeared on the front of the shirt, ironically right where the graphic was put, was in the fibers of the shirt and they had no control over the shirts. Disappointing to say the least. I understand there wasn't enough time to redo the shirt. However, they could have offered a discount for the job or something instead I paid full price and my granddaughter walked around with a brand new shirt on that looked like something had been spilled on it. I think having a store like this in this location is amazing I just wish the people that ran it cared more about why these items that are being purchased are so important to their customers.

I was able to purchase a few shirts on Family Day,but my husbands shirt size wasn't available. They immediately took my order and had his shirts available the very next day! Luckily, I was able to find a solid bag for $7 or $8, which for someone on a budget like me, was a lifesaver! On my way to check out, I also found something else that I had been looking for - a quality, yet affordable razor! I had been looking for one of those at all of the major outlets, but hadn't been able to find one at the right combination of quality and price. Luckily, I was able to find one at Marshall's! The only reason I'm not giving five (5) stars is because there was a massive pothole right in front of the store, which could really mess your vehicle up if you aren't paying attention. I'm not sure if that's the store's fault or not, but they should really get that fixed. All-in-all however, Marshall's seems like a great place to stop in and look for an item or two (2) that you can't find anywhere else for a reasonable price. As such, I'd highly recommend!
