They did, however, have a nice selection of affordable socks and underwear, which aren't always the easiest thing to find. Overall, this was a fine, but slightly below average trip to Marshall's. Nevertheless, I'll still be back in the future, as you can always find at least one (1) thing that's a steal when you go to Marshall's.

The prices are on the higher end but they carry quality brands. They have a good selection of fashion jewelry with many of the items being on sale. The women's shoe department is huge, with a good inventory of clearance shoes. They have a good selection of vintage designer handbags like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. All sales are final. I noticed a few associates but none of them acknowledged me--bummer.

She gave him a gift card for shirts he bought 3 days ago using his debit card and he had the receipt. She never asked my husband if he wanted a gift card, which he didn't. So another employee had to make multiple phone calls to get the situation figured out. She was helpful and really nice, her name was maybe Velma or something along those lines. Not once did "Stevie" apologize for causing us to be in store waiting for a resolution for at least 20 minutes. She was also whispering about us to another employee at the register. Super unprofessional, uncomfortable and a crap experience! We will not be back to this store because of this employee and the way we were treated.

Now, I was completely traumatized over my favorite store closing but the Columbiana Coach store starting courting me as soon as my store closed. I received emails and a phone call. I'm convinced my name is flagged in the system and they knew to pull out all the stops for me ;). Anyway, I purchased a bag on the online site and wasn't happy with it and decided to take the hour trip for an exchange instead of paying to send this very large bag back with insurance. They were having a 25-30% off sale for purchases and there was no better time to pick up something new. I went in specifically for that new Swagger bag in green but of course it was sold out. I knew I wanted that bag and to my surprise the color I wanted and the color that is sold out online was sitting there glowing above Mister's head. It was the only one left. Johanna was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. It felt like old times; Mister sitting in his designated spot (any chair available) and me with the Coach glow waiting for checkout (yes, we have a routine). Johanna even knew my favorite associates (Lorna, Erin and LaToya) from the Augusta store. The store is beautifully designed and I love the brown bags and gift boxes. Coach has stepped their game up the past few seasons (along with the prices) and I think the brand is going in a positive direction. It's no wonder my first purchase of the season would be called swagger. The collections I've seen so far have plenty of swag. Poor Mister. I'm sure he thought his wallet was safe after the Augusta store closed, was probably sitting there thinking about the C notes that are going back into Coach store circulation.

I don't know what they do down there, but if you need rent or Some kind of utility assistance. You're out of luck with this place. All they do is have the perpetual voicemail. Going and you do not get any return phone calls. I don't understand what's wrong with agencies like this. They're there to help the community, but then they don't do their job like they should. It's very, very poor unprofessional behavior.
