It was short notice and only minimal hours that we wanted their presence. Nick worked closely with us to make it happen. Overall, the Board and I was pleased with the outcome. The only complaints from residents were those that didn't want to follow the rules - hence our reason for hiring them!! I will continue to use them and recommend them when I believe their presence is warranted.

He quickly assessed the types of cameras needed, and where they should be placed, and sent us a quote a couple of hours later! We have a big property, so our security needs were a bit overwhelming to us, but Rich handled our job with ease and professionalism! His employees were so polite and helpful. The install was done in about a day, even with having to dig some trenches (We have a big property)! The image quality from the new Brightside camera's is so much better than our old, system! We even get notified when someone, or a car, crosses a line on our driveway or property!!! Because we can't see our driveway or front yard easily from our house, we love getting notified that a package is being delivered, or that someone has pulled into our driveway! We like knowing when anyone has walked onto our property as well!!! It's great having this new system in place! Thank you Rich!!!

They love talking about old movies. So we bought a 75 inch TV to wall mount, but had no clue how to wall mount a TV, much less one so big. Asking about it on NextDoor brought many responses, but we really wanted something professional. I called Modern Technology. They understood exactly what we wanted, what was needed, and said they would schedule two fellows to do it the next week. They showed up yesterday....professional in every way. From the trucks, equipment, demeanor, uniforms, knowledge, and ability, A few quick measurements, making sure I approved the correct location, my HDMI cables, etc. , Blu-Ray were OK and it was up and ready. They hooked everything up, tested it, ran through the connections....everything. My husband even commented afterwards, "Wow! You picked the right guys." What a relief to have it done, and have it done right.

I contacted MTS to improve my home network speeds. Our home now has several internet users and I…read morework from home until further notice - the wifi just wasn't cutting it and wifi extenders and mesh systems weren't delivering quality internet to all corners of the house. Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

At least seven companies were unable to open the door, including the company that sells the doors. This was a huge problem because the door leaks and since it was on the 6th floor it was impossible to access the exterior of the door to stop the leak. The door is no longer manufactured and my condo requires that the exterior doors all match. I was quoted over 9K for a new door, if the condo would even approve it. I was told I should abandon the door and caulk it shut to make it watertight, but even then there was no guarantee that it would not leak. Mike gave me a flat rate (which he honored) and spent 6 hours troubleshooting the door. He did the impossible: he opened it and it is now a working door. Mike; you are a superhero. You are an honest and capable person and a credit to your company. I wish I could give you 6 stars. I am very grateful.
