Service requested for filing taxes not completed. I was told they would file taxes and i should get something in the mail from the IRS. It never showed up and I made several phone calls to resolve the issue and didn't get any resolution. I checked my IRS account and it shows as not being processed. So I got a refund for the amount they charged thru my bank. Now I have to file on my own or pay someone else. I I formed them if this and if they should choose to resolve the issue I will then render payment. But until then I am extremely upset at there lack of work ethic, lack of quality customer service. read more

I have been coming here for a few years for my accounting needs. John Earl and his wife take very good care of me regarding my accounting needs. I first met them when a former employer did some creative accounting that left ME on the hook with the IRS. John helped me get thru the mess my former employer put me in and get it resolved.
