Everything can be done via email and a convenient online portal for keeping all your docs and records. May took me every step of the way, answering all my questions (via email because that was easiest for me) and helping me know which tax docs were necessary. Her fee was totally reasonable ($150) and she filed the returns for me (and got me a pretty penny back!). Besides that, I wanted some financial advice when it came to stocks and tax implications of selling them or holding them. For that, she scheduled me in for an in-person meeting and was really helpful with advice and knowledge on my specific questions. I paid her separately for consulting, but the rate was reasonable for piece of mind. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company. And I have!
