She was very informative and made sure we understood all the information we discussed. Although we were skeptical of her company's services due to my initial interaction with secretarial staff, we do highly recommend her Zoom consultation. We will be considering using her services going forward, and so should you. Updated review: Received a call from Privi from her personal number shortly after I posted my review. She apologized and explained what happened. Privi sounded very compassionate and offered a free consultation. I will update my review again after our consultation, as after our phone call I am confident the consultation will be quite informative. Initial review on 1/5/2021: Received a call this morning from the secretary to tell me they weren't accepting new clients. Then proceeded to ask me what what service I needed. After explaining she said there would be a $125 consultation fee that would be done over Zoom. I asked if I pay that fee does that mean they would be working with me, the lady proceeded to tell me they cannot work with me. The whole conversation seems very fishy to me.

I was shown the entire process and had full view of the computer work being inputted. We walked through each step needed, she took her time with my itemizations, and was extremely helpful in explaining each process. I own a business, and she never sugar coated any expectations on my return or what I would owe. That's how it should be. They were very knowledgeable and at one point there was an instance she wasn't completely confident about, so she consulted the other agents and we were comfortable moving forward. I'm so impressed. The building is small and cute. Parking is in the rear. The only unfortunate about this spot is that there's no private rooms that I saw, so you're in a shared space with others. I didn't hear anyone else's information, but low murmurs.
