I live at least 40 minutes away, so...timing is everything! I tried several companies before and had awful experiences! One was 30 mins late. Another one had a dysfunctional GPS unit and we got lost. Another one had a driver that talked non-stop. Thankfully, someone referred me to ATL Gwinnett Limo! My drivers are ALWAYS on time. They keep up with my flight so that they know if it will be delayed. They are quiet and peaceful during the ride...Which I GREATLY appreciate because I am typically either working or totally exhausted when I'm in the car! My driver Debbie was amazing. A total pro. The called me the night before just to verify that she was going to be picking me up. Then as she was on her way I got a text alert that she was on her way. She showed up 10 minutes early which I truly appreciate because nothing is worse than when a driver is late... The suv was super clean and Debbie is such a lovely person and a great driver. She's been with the company for many many years. She even text me the next day to make sure I was okay after my appointment. I'm telling you it's the little touches like this that makes companies like Action Limo beat uber or Lift any day of the week...and twice on Sundays.

I registered online for car service, but since it was so close to the time he would need to get the ride, I followed up with a phone call. The person I talked to was at first a bit hesitant, because the situation is a little odd. Why would this person in Houston be helping a kid in Georgia get on a plane? I explained that the young man in question plays on a youth soccer team I manage, made up of a lot of refugee kids with little or no family support, and that I called to try to help him navigate the confusing path of travel. Once she had been reassured that this was a legitimate query, she was very warm and gracious and assured me that they would make sure he was picked up and gotten to the airport. When the young man arrived in Houston, he very excitedly shared his experience of getting picked up in a big long car, that the driver "actually opened the door for me!" and how he enjoyed their conversation to the airport. I wanted to recognize the kindness that the driver and Sacob Limo Service had to a young man who, even if he didn't really realize it, was in a very tough bind. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!
