Limo is uncomfortably hot. It's spacious with nice ambiance lighting but it is taking forever to cool down the limo. A driver should already anticipate how uncomfortable this is. Plus, the driver is making really sudden breaks. read more

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We used "strictly business" for our wedding shuttle service and had just an awful experience. Of all the wedding vendors, this was the only one that caused us major headaches. The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is worrying about the transportation. We reserved two 30+ person buses to bring guests from the hotel to the venue and back, both hotel and venue were in Alpharetta (only about 15 minutes apart). Seems simple enough right? Well we experienced a number of different issues... 1) Driver of one buses crashed into the potico/canopy in front of the hotel. Damage was done to both the building and the bus. After the crash, the driver kept going even though the sunroof was hanging off the top. Thankfully, one of the guests went up to pull off the hanging piece so it did not fall of on the road and cause further damage to any other motorists. 2) Driver was supposed to be at the venue at 9:30pm to bring back any guests that wanted to leave early. The bus did not show up until 10pm. During this time one of our guests, who has cancer and was extremely tired, was waiting outside. Even after the driver showed up late he initially refused the guest a ride back because there was "not yet enough people" to fill the bus. This was ever after I explicitly stated that the bus needed to take anyone who was waiting, even if it was only one person. 3) One driver had no clue how to get to the wedding venue...one of the out of town guests had to give him directions. Luckily the bus did arrive on time, but the fact that the driver did not even know where to go (especially within Alpharetta!) is unacceptable. After the wedding, I called the company and spoke with the owner, Kofi, who then went back to "investigate" these issues. I asked him for a small reimbursement ($200 out of $1350) of the total cost as a good faith effort to make the situation right. A week later, he sent me an email justifying why the company was not at fault for each of the issues and even denied that some of them occurred! He explained that it was my fault because I didn't give them a contact person for the day of (yes, it was in the small print on the contract, but otherwise I was never asked for it). He then went on to say that because Strictly Business was not at fault, they would not be able to do anything for us.
