They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved. (Good sense of humor) Tow-driver was very kind and understanding about the situation i was in. His name was Timmy and i am so very grateful he came to my aid. Timmy managed to get my car on the truck bed without the keys, (which i did have originally and felt bad not knowing it wouldve made the job easier. sorry about that.) He worked hard and got it on the truck bed perfectly, and thats not having a battery and slit tire. Thats awesome. I appreciate that so much. He let me ride with him home and listened patiently to the issues i had been dealing with, and getting an understanding of my own perspective about the situations we deal with in life. When I asked him for the paperwork for the truck that I was responsible for, he refused. (He should have automatically given to me at the time of service.) He said, that he "didn't want to get involved" and that the paperwork of the trucking company, even though I was the driver and legally deserve to know the mechanical and safety problems of the vehicle. Now, because of his action, he and his company are now "involved" in this case. Based on my experience, be careful getting into any legal entanglements with this guy, he will NOT help you!
