In the end - we requested an apology and for them to mount the replacement skins and balance our tires once again. They refused on all counts. We won't do business with them again. Case Closed. I am ordering out of pocket replacement parts for the ones they ruined. At least my headaches may stop and I won't have to think of our mistreatment again. Get this behind us.
