They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved. (Good sense of humor) Tow-driver was very kind and understanding about the situation i was in. His name was Timmy and i am so very grateful he came to my aid. Timmy managed to get my car on the truck bed without the keys, (which i did have originally and felt bad not knowing it wouldve made the job easier. sorry about that.) He worked hard and got it on the truck bed perfectly, and thats not having a battery and slit tire. Thats awesome. I appreciate that so much. He was really fair about pricing and honest enough to not charge me for a diagnostic. After he left, I was still having issues with my cooling system. I texted him, got a fast reply, and he was back at my house within a couple of hours. He burped my radiator and let me take a test drive to make sure things were running smoothly, and they were! Homeostasis finally achieved.
