Payments were always made ahead of time and they submitted a fraudulent 10 page affidavit to obtain a "repossession title" in their name, claiming replevin. The manager, Lori Hoppe, refused to accept accountability and all staff encountered had to go through her for all direction in communication, refusing to provided customer with copies of their fraudulent filing. This matter has been sent to the attorney general of our tribal government.

The same test supposedly being run each time with the same outcome - surprise!!! The issue has not been resolved. I rarely receive a receipt after each completed service. I assume this is intentional to prevent a paper trail of proof of the ongoing issue. When I ask for a receipt they will say they are back logged and will mail it. The receipt was mailed once lacking full details of the service. Other receipts were not received at all. Additionally, I have repeatedly asked for a very small issue to be attended to on three consecutive visits. The first two times the service rep verified the matter had been handled. It had not been. I asked a 3rd time emphsaizing it was the 3rd request and it again was not done. Each time I borrowed a loaner the first stop I made was the car wash next door. Every single loaner was FILTHY. I had to clean it inside and out every single time. Female rep stated they are too busy to clean between uses. I have several additional complaints with them. I have removed their number from my phone and will do my best to educate others to go elsewhere for their service.

I had a panic attack and struggled to dial 911 in their office with a sales guy just sitting there keeping on working. These guys can talk a nice game but really they are just another dirtbag rat company. This vehicle broke down on me on Monday, the second day of actual use of the vehicle, and I didn't make it home till 4AM. It cost me 2 days on a work project and now I'm stuck in a hotel for a week till it's finished. I TOLD them I drive for a living as an engineer, but they did not even contact me for a week with any information. They did not offer me a rental. They did not offer me a replacement. They act like I should be happy that they are so generous to replace a transmission on a used piece of....lemon I didn't really want in the first place(I told them I wanted an EV) but that beaded guy talked me in to it. It's been almost 2 weeks since this thing broke down, and they tell me it will be another week before it will be fixed, but they also aren't even sure if a new transmission will fix it, and I don't even have time to deal with this !$@# right now because of work. TLDR: These people will talk you in to buying a dried up turd on the sidewalk, only to find it's not even a real turd and your glasses are smudged. Update: Week 2 has concluded and I have not gotten any additional information or phone calls, not even an email with a tracking number. I had another panic attack while talking with my dad about this mess. Taking some time out of my schedule to post this review to a few other sites. My work has to continue, despite the temporary company issued vehicle that has no air conditioning that I've been using since for 3-5 hours a day driving. Don't go to this place.

This is where my son has chose to come for his first time car shopping. I was going to give it 3 stars because of past history with this place. The vehicles were always "ify" you could get lucky with one or come home with a surprise lemon. Either way it was too much of a risk for me, being alone. We checked out a few of them for my oldest daughter trying to stay within the limits of what she could afford each week and still pay for insurance. It wasn't hard, once we told them the amount she was willing to pay then they told us what options were available. I added a star simply because they have since hired a new manager. With my husband being a mechanic, I could prance up there with a lot more confidence than before. Try and sell me a dud now! lol Ross test drives and checks over everything mechanical while I have found my job making sure all the buttons work. The radio, mirrors, heat/air, GPS, where all the charger ports are and also the condition of the outside frame and paint along with the interior seats, side doors, rips and stains...putting it this way makes it sound like my job is extremely difficult, but it's really quite easy. We found her a vehicle and brought it home to her. Now with my son, we brought his friend Jesse, a mechanic with us. With covid-19, you must make an appoint. now and with us bringing 5 people, everyone else had to stay outside. So we checked out vehicles for sale. My daughter likes the Chevy Spark, we found a better deal with more options on it at Rick Jones Dealership in El Reno, Ok. They told my son he needed to work more hours so no vehicle today. So, I reminded him that it all happens in God's time and his car is still waiting to be found so don't give up.
