When I called & spoke with the lady about that Special she confirmed we would get it. However when went to pay for it, I received a bill $49.99 . Work was good but changing the price on me wasn't. It would start of soft and then get louder as I increased my speed. I got off at the Blackwell exit, just south of the Oklahoma/Kansas border and stopped at the Conoco station. They directed me to Paige garage just a quarter mile down the road. Within minutes they detected the source of the thumping, which thankfully was not an engine problem. Apparently at some point the undercarriage cover that protects the engine lost a couple of screws during my drive and was having down on the back end of it. Donny found some screws that word work and got the undercover reattached and I was on the road again...at a cost of only $10. Thank you Donny and Derry for saving my birthday week and making sure that I was going to make it up to KC for my Birthday! You guys are the absolute best!

I had an idea of what the problem was and he quickly confirmed my suspicions. The fix was fairly quick and painless, and he had me laughing the whole time. Today after work I called Jay Warner to ask if they take walk-ins to get a quote to repair a vehicle or if I had to make an appointment. A lady answered my call and said that they take walk ins and I told her I would be there shortly. I drove to Ponca and got to the shop. First thing when I opened the door this old man (didn't get his name) was sitting playing on his phone didn't even look up at me and asked what I needed. I told him that I was here to get a quote for my truck, we hit a deer. He asked if I have taken pictures for insurance (while still looking at his phone) and I told him yes and that I needed a quote for repairs to give to them. He then told me that Fridays are his busiest days and that it would be wasting his and my time if he came out to look at it. I told him that I just called and I was told that I can walk in to get a quote, the whole reason I came to Ponca. He told me that it was a waste of time and that I should just leave to get help elsewhere, he then got back on his phone. I turned around and slammed the door. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. My MIL sent me here and I have heard many other good things about this company to go here. They have lost our families business. If you ever need a car fixed do NOT go to Jay Warner. Awful customer service.

AAA, when we placed a call, estimated an hour for help; but we were panicking because we needed to pick up our granddaughter "now" from an after school event and didn't like to think of her alone after dark, waiting for us. AAA relayed the call to Jay Warner and, very soon thereafter, we received a most pleasant and encouraging call from their driver who said he was already on the way to help us. Our young rescuer made quick work of the flat tire, inflated and installed our spare and even advised us which roads to take to our destination to avoid the bumpy dirt roads that we should try to avoid with that "toy" spare. The service was quick and well done and the young man who came knew his business and was very helpful, pleasant and encouraging. He brought a good conclusion to what could have been a very bad situation had we not been able to quickly recover and pick up our granddaughter safely. We'd recommend Jay Warner any time! A happy Ponca City customer.

Was in on 29 Jun 2024 to buy a truck. Initially everything good and I completed transaction. Over the next couple days I realized the truck as been in an accident. These people don't care about you or any danger they put you or your family into as long as they make some money. I haven't even seen the full estimate to repair the, as Austin put it, "great" truck he sold me but I expect it to be well over 5k and maybe over 10k. After all this I was able to speak to them one time. Once they realized that I knew about the issues with the truck they completely ghosted me.
