Was in on 29 Jun 2024 to buy a truck. Initially everything good and I completed transaction. Over the next couple days I realized the truck as been in an accident. It has had sever damage which was poorly repaired and even a bent rear axle rendering the truck unsafe to drive. These people don't care about you or any danger they put you or your family into as long as they make some money. I haven't even seen the full estimate to repair the, as Austin put it, "great" truck he sold me but I expect it to be well over 5k and maybe over 10k. After all this I was able to speak to them one time. Once they realized that I knew about the issues with the truck they completely ghosted me. This problem must occur often enough that they screen the calls to the main office. I can not say this strongly enough. Do not walk run from this dealer

Today after work I called Jay Warner to ask if they take walk-ins to get a quote to repair a vehicle or if I had to make an appointment. A lady answered my call and said that they take walk ins and I told her I would be there shortly. I drove to Ponca and got to the shop. First thing when I opened the door this old man (didn't get his name) was sitting playing on his phone didn't even look up at me and asked what I needed. I told him that I was here to get a quote for my truck, we hit a deer. He asked if I have taken pictures for insurance (while still looking at his phone) and I told him yes and that I needed a quote for repairs to give to them. He then told me that Fridays are his busiest days and that it would be wasting his and my time if he came out to look at it. I told him that I just called and I was told that I can walk in to get a quote, the whole reason I came to Ponca. He told me that it was a waste of time and that I should just leave to get help elsewhere, he then got back on his phone. I turned around and slammed the door. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. My MIL sent me here and I have heard many other good things about this company to go here. They have lost our families business. AAA, when we placed a call, estimated an hour for help; but we were panicking because we needed to pick up our granddaughter "now" from an after school event and didn't like to think of her alone after dark, waiting for us. AAA relayed the call to Jay Warner and, very soon thereafter, we received a most pleasant and encouraging call from their driver who said he was already on the way to help us. Our young rescuer made quick work of the flat tire, inflated and installed our spare and even advised us which roads to take to our destination to avoid the bumpy dirt roads that we should try to avoid with that "toy" spare. The service was quick and well done and the young man who came knew his business and was very helpful, pleasant and encouraging. He brought a good conclusion to what could have been a very bad situation had we not been able to quickly recover and pick up our granddaughter safely. We'd recommend Jay Warner any time! Important context, I am a mid-twenties girl traveling alone. I called Budget Towing & in less than an hour they arrived to give me a tow. Alan, the tower, explained everything he was doing, which added reassurance. He asked which place I wanted my car towed to, and instead, he suggested I take it to the shop he worked at. He didn't want me to get taken advantage of because of my demographic. I rode with him on the way to the shop and told him my situation. It was after 5:00 pm so many places weren't open, but Alan called around and was able to find the parts I needed. He said he was going to have the mechanics look at it right way in the morning. Alan not only helped me find a hotel that would be safe for me to stay at, but offered to give me a ride to the hotel and pick me up the next day. The following day, Alan picked me up from the hotel and let me stay in the office of the shop. They were beyond kind, offering a drink while I waited. They suggested additional fixes, but they were needed for my safety and they explained in layman's terms the fixes' importance. I knew I was in good hands. They were upfront about the price of the fix, and why. They worked with me on the payment and were more than understanding. Less than 12 hours after when my vehicle broke down I was on the road again. An experience like this could've been horrendous, but the crew at Budget Towing saved the day. It started to get dark and was very cold and rainy. No one local responded to a roadside assistance bidding call. These people drove quite a distance to get to me, and were 100% kind and gracious. They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved.
