A couple of days ago I was traveling from Oklahoma City to Kansas City for my birthday week…read more Approximately 10 miles south of Blackwell, my car started making a thumping noise. It would start of soft and then get louder as I increased my speed. I got off at the Blackwell exit, just south of the Oklahoma/Kansas border and stopped at the Conoco station. They directed me to Paige garage just a quarter mile down the road. Within minutes they detected the source of the thumping, which thankfully was not an engine problem. Apparently at some point the undercarriage cover that protects the engine lost a couple of screws during my drive and was having down on the back end of it. Donny found some screws that word work and got the undercover reattached and I was on the road again...at a cost of only $10. Thank you Donny and Derry for saving my birthday week and making sure that I was going to make it up to KC for my Birthday! You guys are the absolute best!

The AAA wrecker got me there between 4:30 and 5:00. They were able to find the part locally and stayed late to get me back on the road that night. The job was done about 8:00. The price was less than I would have paid at an Acura dealer. Thanks Derry and Zack. Glad I found you guys.

I apologized multiple times, told him I wasn't trying to be rude or demanding, but I paid almost $300 dollars for tires and rims that didn't fit and all I wanted to do was bring the tires and rims back and get my money back. He said absolutely that's not going happen and all he's willing to do is the $100 and store credit even though I don't need the rims or tires anymore. The whole conversation with him was just angry and aggressive and all I did was apologize. I will never ever come back to this tire shop. I've been coming here for 7 years and the way the owner spoke to me and belittled me was unbelievable. I won't judge and say he's only out for money, but that is absolutely the impression I got from him today. I could understand, if I was being hateful and rude, but I was doing nothing but apologizing for the inconvenience and truly sincere. Find a different tire shop to go to. This owner will take your money and if it's wrong will tell you, your out of luck. The only thing this business has going for them is the the kind gentleman who helped me originally. Perhaps there should be a change in management.
