They are AMAZING!!!! I rolled my Explorer in on a prayer at 1pm on a Friday. They got it on the lift, diagnosed, and gave me the bad news. I was sort of freaking because I'm not local, I am still 3 hours from my destination, and I am from Wisconsin. I was trying to figure out what to do. Great service! I got a flat tire and after putting on my donut I drove here at 9pm after speaking with their manager. He sent a very polite gentleman who met me at the shop. Ended up getting a new tire (they had plenty of used tires he checked out first but I have odd tire sizes) for a very fair price and they gave me a good deal on after hours installation and service. This pleasant experience turned a nightmare evening into a salvageable situation. Thanks guys! read more

Visited this store to get a tire repaired. Guy that was working in the shop seemed quite but well- mannered and helpful. Let me know what the problem was. Charged $15 to plug the tire and there's a sign on the door that says $5 to check air pressure on all tires. Ladies in the office were very rude, an older redhead woman inparticular wasn't friendly at all to me and talked down to the guy in the shop who was working on my truck. I'd say give the guy a promotion and fire the women who don't seem to understand the concept of customer service. What they don't realize is that CUSTOMERS like me can't stand not being appreciated for signing YOUR checks! Lose the attitude and be more friendly next time. read more
